The house is located about 5-10 minutes by car from the beautiful village of Cassis, its beaches and its exceptional creeks.<br><br>You can enjoy daily comfort thanks to the swimming pool, a large terrace with deckchairs, barbecue, lounge, outdoor bar...<br><br>The house is equipped with air conditioning and the decoration is neat.<br>The villa has an open kitchen (with central island) opening onto a large living and dining room. Upstairs is the bathroom and the three bedrooms, each with a double bed.<br>Linen is included. <br>The house is not suitable for children under 12 years old.
