Fully furnished and all inclusive full service apartment can be booked daily, weekly or for extended stay.

Not what you expect

Just FYI there is NO basket in wash area!!! Also when we arrived cookware and dishes were dirty, there was a slight infestation of roaches!!! I have date and time stadmped pictures for reference!!! We cleaned the cookware and dishes and sprayed for the infestation...

Urgent ReAd

Omg, I don’t even know where to began, I must say I should’ve went a tad bit deeper into to reviews on this . 1st the location of unit totally not quite what I was expecting(shocked) what the outside of this rental look like should've been available because I’m sure from that alone, we would definitely change your mind QUICKLY!! This Unit is so outdated, highly worn and damaged living room set. 2nd kitchen is just in shambles, oven does work, washer and dryer, omg just don’t consider using neither one!!! This unit has a very serious pest problem, we slept with all the lights on just to spot all the roaches that invaded our stay!!! I could go on and on for hours, but I’ll just say I have never been so dissatisfied in my life with rental stays such as this one! I made all of my complaints known, but all I was offered was to come spray, in which that was only a mere slap on the wrist to what needs to be done. I’ll just tell you proceed with plenty caution, it’s defiantly a sight for sore eyes!!! Only good thing I can leave you with is, you’ll get responses to your emails in a timely manner, but other than that and the list of things I still didn’t mention . I know exactly what to do next time and will do deep research before I plan another trip!!!

Good place, solid stay.

Everything was as listed and promised! Nice and cozy two-story apartment. Not a five star hotel obviously but an excellent value at the price. Some of the other reviews mention roaches which made us a little worried, but there was no sign of them while we were there! Owner was quick to help us with a small issue that was resolved easily. Would book again!

Place was horrible we had to deal with roaches crawling everywhere so unpleasant!

Place is in the worst location did not feel safe with my family at all! Windows broken outside was filthy siding was falling off outside was very dirty. Vrbo needs to take this person off the site for rentals to stay it’s not safe and very rundown! I will not recommend this to anyone! One of the worst places very misleading on VRBO website! Horrible experience!

Improvements needed

AC was great, large nice frig, stove worked oven did not, one table chair was broken. Mattresses very comfortable and nice sheets but we had to purchase blankets, only two blankets for all beds. Only two rolls of toilet paper for 4 night stay. Needs extermination for bugs. The trundle bed was nice addition but the boards for top bed do not support the mattress and a person. Had to remove the mattress and place on floor for use.sufficient amount of soaps and shampoo snd conditioner. Tv service was great! Sprays in bathrooms were nice. Great shower pressure!!! Nice that we had washer dryer but dryer took two cycles to dry. Kitchen faucet would not shut off. Could have used a dish cloth.

Nothing like pictured

The place is nothing like the pictures posted. No headboards or bedding for that matter on the beds. Different furniture in all the bedrooms. Outdoor pictures would have been nice also. The back area had the awning not even attached to the house., huge safety feature. We could not eve go out there because of that reason. Not to mention the smell from a factory about a mile away. The check in was not contactless. We did arrive a little early just to check to see the location of the home. The gentleman saw us there and let us know checkin was at 4. No problem since he let me know house cleaning was still to be finished. If there was cleaners there they only sprayed Fabuloso and left. The air vents were covered in dust. There were dust hanging from the ceiling, and the windows still had tape on them, assuming from hurricane Michael. The sills also had dirt caked on. The shower curtain had mold on it. The towel rack was hanging half off the wall, and there was no hot water in the half bath. Not to mention no toilet paper. Good thing we brought our own just in case. Also staying with us, free of charge, were some german friends AKA cockroaches running around. We started to name them. Owners response was he sprayed two days ago and this is Floirda we have bugs. UMMMMMM NOPE. Bedroom closet door was not attached . And last but not least the front door could easily be opened when the bottom locked was locked. But not to worry as the owner stated to us " we can use the deadlock" !!! I have plenty of pictures of the residence to show the home in detail!
