There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a crib.
There is also a sofa bed(queen size bed) .
Enough space for 2 or 4 people to stay comfortably.
Full Bathroom with tub/shower.
Spacious living room with a kitchenette.
Also , 55 inch smart tv ,: electric fireplace, sleeper sofa, mini fridge, microwave , coffee maker, two burner electric stove, pots and pans, plates, glasses, cups and utensils..
The place is attached to the house but has a private entrance.
It’s 15 minutes away from Panama City and 30 minutes away from Panama City Beach.
Peaceful and nice away from the traffic and the crowds.
There are stores near by and restaurants.
Some I would recommend personally are:
Peppers, El Jalisco and Los Rancheros for Mexican food.
Uncle Ernie’s for Seafood, and Bayou Joe’s Marina and Grill.
Finn island style grub in St.Andrews, by the water perfect place for casual dining with great food..
Ferrucci Italian restaurant , real Italian a little pricy but wonderful food.
Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe, best and healthy food ever, I personally love this place.
Chow Time for Asian buffet.
IHOP and Denni’s for breakfast 10 to 15 minutes away.

Friends said it was a very nice place and enjoyed the quietness. It was close to their destinations.

Great time in PCB

Great apartment, perfect for our scuba diving trips. 30 min to the beach. We'll definitely stay again .

Nice little hideaway

This was a great little hidden gem. I was there to play softball and this place is within 15 minutes of three fields which is just perfect. The accommodations were great. Thank you for having us!

Nice and cozy

The property was extremely clean and cozy. I noticed right as we walked in it had an amazing smell which is not typical for rentals. Would definitely look into staying here again.

Perfect for us

Great place exactly as shown in all the pics. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. It's a bit far from the beach - which we knew going in - but we made it work.

Clean and great location

Very clean, nice decor, easy location, unintrusive host. You want the beach, check. You want the springs, check. Plenty of places to eat just a few minutes away.

Lovely and quiet

This little place was perfect. So cute inside and quiet. I loved the beachy theme and all the extras. Will differently stay again when I come see my family. Thank you for the amazing stay and letting us feel at home.

Cute spot for a great wedding weekend

My husband and I stayed here for a wedding at Rosie Creek Farms (10 min away). It is an easy trip to the beach (40min). Regli was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We had everything we needed and more!

Just what I needed

I was only in town for one night and I needed a place to catch some sleep. This was the perfect place! The rental was very clean, spacious, and the A/C worked great! I would not hesitate to stay here again. We’ll worth it!

Great place to stay away from the crowds.

We needed someplace to lay our heads while exploring local paddle spots. The property is exactly as described but bigger than we expected. Everything we needed and more. Host is friendly and super responsive. Unit was immaculately clean.

4th of July

We stayed for the 4th of July and her property was very nice, comfortable and safe to stay in during a busy time like that. It made enjoying the holiday much better than I initially anticipated, considering how stressful holidays can be. Would 100% recommend for anyone wanting a quiet area to enjoy their vacation as long as they don’t mind the 40-ish minute drive to the beaches.

Clean and comfortable suite

Regli's place is very comfortable and well stocked. It was larger than I expected. Check -in and communications were excellent and she was attentive to any needs I had. The neighborhood was safe and friendly. A couple friendly cats greeted me whenever i went to the patio off the bedroom. Easy place to explore the Panhandle Beaches.
