ALOA - APPARTELENT N°66 - 2 rooms apartment with mezzanine: 40m2 plus terrace 8m2. Without Parking. East exposed. 2nd floor without elevator, view on street and residence.
Living room, kitchen area, bedroom, mezzanine, bathroom, loggia.
Accommodation: 5 people. max. Bedroom 1 bed 140 cm, Mezzanine 1 bed 140 cm and 1 bed 90 cm. Living room: no beds
Kitchen area: 4 gas burners, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, TV.
Sanitary: bathroom with shower and sink, separate WC.
Residence with swimming pool 200m from the Richelieu Beach.
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the Syndicat and is normally open from mid-June to the beginning of September.
A safety deposit of 400 € is required by credit card (Visa or Euromastercard).
