The Mimosa Cabin is a 35 m2 maisonette apartment with a beautiful private terrace of 15 m2, located in a small closed condominium in St Georges d'Oléron. The environment is quiet, the openings and the terrace overlooking the pool area free access.<br>This non-smoking accommodation can accommodate 2 to 4 people maximum. It includes:<br>- A living room completely renovated in 2025: lounge area, with a comfortable 140 cm sofa bed, armchairs, nesting tables, TV and DVD player with DVDs available; a dining area with round table, 4 chairs and console; a kitchen area with fridge/freezer, 3-burner induction hob, washing machine, multifunction electric oven and microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...<br>- a beautiful bedroom with dressing room, 160 cm bedside, bedside tables and lamps, TV, DVD player<br>- a bathroom with washbasin on a cabinet, walk-in shower, WC<br>- a large private terrace overlooking the swimming pool with a flowered inner courtyard, equipped with table, chairs, plancha, and 2 deckchairs specific to this accommodation, plus 2 hooks fixed to the wall to accommodate bicycles.

Petit nid douillet !

Notre séjour a été formidable ! L'appartement était parfait, joliment aménagé et équipé avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Accueil fort sympathique et souriant à notre arrivée. Emplacement parfait. Véritable petit nid douillet ! Superbe découverte de l’île d’Oléron que nous ne connaissions pas. Ne pas hésiter à s’y rendre.

Séjour au calme avec piscine chauffée

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette petite copropriété de 8 lots avec piscine chauffée et sécurisée. Très calme. Le logement est propre, conforme à l'annonce et bien équipé même si le coin cuisine est assez reduit. La terrasse fut très appréciée pour les repas en extérieur. Nous ne pouvons que recommander

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un super séjour, lieu très agréable et accueillant pour un couple ou en famille. Les propriétaires ont pu acheter une chaise haute ce qui à rendre trop séjour plus confortable avec un bébé d’un an. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit.

Super séjour !

Le logement est super agréable. La terrasse et la piscine sont vraiment appréciables. Il est situé en plein centre ville et tout le nécessaire est a côté. Mes enfants et moi avons adoré notre semaine dans cet endroit.
