N°71- Single-storey house 100m from the sea, 200m from Coz-Pors (beaches, heated pool, aquarium) and 400m from Île Renote (pink granite chaos), with free WIFI, allée des Goélands to Trégastel, including:
1 living room/ living room with TV, sofa bed 2 beds -
1 fitted kitchen with hob 4 gas, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher -
1 bedroom 1 double bed 2 people in 1m60 (duvet) -
1 bedroom 1 bed 2 people in 1m40 (duvet) + 1 cot -
1 bathroom with shower and sink -
Separate WC -
WIFI. Heating package of 50 €/week from October to May. Garden not closed with terrace, garden furniture. Washing machine. Electric heating. Parking space. Good condition (maintenance and paints).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, extra pet (1 small dog allowed: less than 7 kilos), deposit by bank card and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
