🏢 In a recently built Residence, beautiful apartment of 72m2 with a terrace of 16 m2. It is composed of :
- 1 entrance with storage space
- 1 laundry area with washing machine
- 1 large living room with fully equipped Mobalpa kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, lots of storage space etc...) opening onto a terrace of 16m2 without overlooked, with a table and 4 chairs.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, storage, overhead ventilation system
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 cm and storage, overhead ventilation system
- 1 large bathroom with Italian shower
- 1 Separate WC

🛌 The apartment has 2 sleeping spaces:
- the first bedroom with 2 single beds, storage, ceiling fan.
- The second bedroom with 1 bed in 160 cm and storage, ceiling fan.

⭐ You have access to the entire apartment which is connected to the free high-speed Wifi. All bed linen and towels are provided for 4 travellers on your arrival.

🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by platforms.

Très décevant ! Ménage à refaire dans une chambre (traces collantes au sol, poussière et cheveux éparpillés …). C’est à déplorer qu’aucun produit pour sol & surfaces n’est à disposition, niveau de sel et liquide de rinçage du lave vaisselle vides: nous ne venons pas en location pour faire le plein des produits ménagers ! Les deux lits une place sont très inconfortables (et mes enfants ne sont pas compliqués) et grincent au moindre mouvement. Seul le lit double est très satisfaisant. Gros point négatif : rien n’est fait pour éviter de souffrir de la chaleur dans la pièce de vie: pas de parasol sur la terrasse, pas de rideaux à la baie vitrée donc obligés de fermer les volets quasi entièrement pour limiter la surchauffe de la pièce (l’immeuble vitré « miroir » en face reflète les rayons du soleil dès le lever malheureusement la pièce monte à 30 degrés avant 9h ! Les ventilateurs ventilent mais brassent de l’air chaud, aucun intérêt ! Quel dommage. Peut être agréable l’hiver cet appartement n’est pas fait pour profiter l’été. Grosse cuisine équipée oui mais placards insuffisamment rempli : aucun saladier, aucun contenant type Tupperware ou autre, bols et assiettes qui ne supportent pas le micro ondes et brûlent au toucher. Désolés de ne pas recommander ce logement.

Pas terrible...

Le logement est idéalement placé, dans une residence propre et calme. Par contre quelle déception en arrivant dans celui-ci... J’ai dû refaire le ménage car celui-ci semblait n’avoir pas été fait depuis plusieurs mois (peut-être personne depuis le confinement...) mais pour une personne sensible à la poussière cela peut vite devenir très dérangeant ! De plus, malgré des draps et serviettes fournies sous plastique, ceux-ci était quand même sale... Assez fou ! Séduit par les équipements, cela a été un point fort dans ma décision de prendre ce logement pour une semaine... Mais bon, un lave vaisselle sans produit fourni, une machine à laver sans lessive fournie, des poubelles sans sacs fournis, des salières et poivrière vident.. Bref je demande pas que mes courses soit faite mais au moins que je puisse utiliser l’appartement à 100% quand j’arrive et je n’ajoute pas ces frais...

Séjour à meylan

Très belle appartement moderne et spacieux ,très belle terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes dont on a bien profité. a 1/4 h du centre ville de Grenoble par le bus C1 en bas de l'immeuble, hôte réactif et disponible et arrangeant. tout s'est bien passé comme prévu. Je recommande.
