Ranch style 3 bedroom, 2 bath home offers plenty of natural light and open floor plan with a family room, kitchen and dining area. This one level home is suitable for all ages! Central air conditioning throughout the entire home. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, and marble countertops. The dining room table seats 8. The family room is finished with all new furniture including a comfortable couch, two lounge chairs and a 65” flat screen smart TV. There are family games and cards in the living room. A pack and play is also provided for guests. Connected to the dining area you enter a fabulous sunroom with tile floors, oversized couch and additional TV.

All bedrooms are decorated to perfection! The first bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, a double closet and black out shades. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 nightstands with charging capabilities,1 dresser, a double closet and black out shades. The third bedroom has bunk beds including a full size lower bed and twin size upper bed, as well as 2 dressers, a double closet, black out shades, a toy box, and a high tech night stand with charging capabilities built in. Additionally, there are two full baths, both with clean designs and shower-stalls.

If you exit the sunroom, you are greeted to the back deck with an outdoor table, 8 chairs and an umbrella. There is a gas grill (grilling utensils provided) perfect for grilling a delicious summer BBQ! Enjoying relaxing and rinsing off in the new oversized, enclosed, hot and cold water outdoor shower. The exterior of the home is well lit with motion sensor lights in the driveway and the backyard.

For a day at the beach, there are 4 adult beach chairs, 2 children's beach chairs, 2 adult and 2 children's boogie boards, a beach umbrella, plenty of beach toys and a beach buggy to conveniently transport all your beach gear!

Utilities are not included. Linens are not included. All leases are subject to rubbish removal and cleaning fees.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
