Beware of pressure to attend timeshare pitch

Nice property. Only complaint was I had to be repetitive and fairly assertive with my “no” during check-in that I was not going to attend a timeshare sales pitch. Property associates did not ASK if I wanted to attend an info session, but rather couched it as a given that I would attend a pitch and they needed to work out a day/time for it. They didn’t specifically say it was a requirement to attend in order to stay at the property, but that’s what they were attempting to imply. I had to make it clear more than once that I would not attend, and they backed off. This practice was disappointing and unexpected since I booked through VRBO. I would understand if I hadn’t booked through VRBO and instead had taken advantage of a special offer where a requirement to attend a sales pitch was part of the offer pricing (and disclosed as part of the offer).

Nice, but could use a good cleaning

Resort was nice. Beds were comfortable. Staff were super friendly. The unit we were given could use a good top to bottom deep clean. Pictures in the ad were somewhat misleading. Would likely stay again, though would know to ask for an upper floor.

Staff was helpful and friendly

The staff was always helpful and friendly. The battery in our card lock went dead, leaving us locked out right at checkout. Several staffers jumped in to help us get our stuff and on our way.

Great stay

Will be going back. Very clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, bedding was very comfortable. Very Covid aware and taking appropriate actions to mitigate.

Great quick getaway during COVID

Very quick responses from property manager with inquiries prior to booking as well as during our stay. Due to COVID the check in process was curbside. It was quick and they had a balloon artist making balloon animals for the kids. Condo was clean despite the floors seemed as if they weren’t vacuumed prior to our stay. Small bugs and random crumbs on the floor in bathroom and on carpet. We weren’t able to enjoy the patio due to some wasp nests—wish it was screened in. Nice property overall. Very large bedrooms! AC kept it nice and cool. The pool is open for 2 hour increments then closed 30 min for cleaning! Kitchen had all items we needed! Great location close to many Branson attractions. Thank you!
