Hello!

If you dream of a quiet stay in Provence with friends or family, welcome to our place!!!

Take a rest under the trees or by the pool, go for a walk, play sports, taste the local wines, and tour the many colourful markets and typical villages of Provence.

Our 300 sqm 19th century Mas was completely renovated at the end of 2020. The house is set in a quiet green setting of 2,500 sqm, with a 10x4.5 m swimming pool. Enjoy total privacy in our fenced and beautifully planted garden.

The property consists of:

- on the ground floor:

1 large living room with exposed beams, 1 kitchen, 1 master suite (bedroom with a 160*200 bed -queen size- and ensuite bathroom with WC), 1 Provençal ceiling office with a convertible sofa (140*190, quality permanent bed), a laundry room, and guest WC.

- on the 1st floor:

5 bedrooms including 1 master suite (3 bedrooms with 160*200 beds, and 2 bedrooms with single beds, which can be configured as 160*200 double beds), 3 bathrooms, one with bath, WC.

Outside, the house has 2 terraces for lunch/dinner or an aperitif depending on the exposure to the sun, and garden furniture in the shade under an arbor.

A gas BBQ is available and 2 teak tables with a capacity of 8/10 people will allow you to share your meals outside with friends and family.

The pool side is surrounded by a teak beach (40 sqm), whre you can relax on sunbeds and deckchairs in the sun or under parasols’ shade.

A ping-pong table, a pétanque court, outdoor games (Mölkky, badminton, balls, etc.) and board games are at your disposal.

Our location is ideal for exploring the Region:

- 15 minutes away by car from Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and Pernes les Fontaines.
- 30 minutes away from Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Beaumes de Venise, Gigondas, Vacqueras and Mont Ventoux (which you can see from the house),
- 45 minutes awat from the emblematic villages of the Lubéron.

For children, Parc Spirou and Parc Wave Island are 5 minutes away from the property, as well as Lac de Monteux, which has a beach for swimming and offers water activities (pedal boats, paddle boats, kayaks, etc.).

An equestrian center is located right outside the house.

The shops of Monteux are 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes by bike.

Easy to access, the house is located 12 minutes away from the “Avignon Nord” motorway exit, 20 minutes from Avignon city center, 25 minutes from its TGV station, and 50 minutes away from Marseille Provence airport.

Monteux also has an SNCF station located 10 minutes away from the property which connects the stations of “Avignon-centre” and “Avignon TGV”.

We will be delighted to welcome you to our family home renovated and furnished with passion!

In summer, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

Our family, from grandparents to grandchildren, had a wonderful time here. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to questions and the house is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with two good fridges and lots of attractive crockery. And with three large dining tables to choose from, we could vary where we ate to maximise sun or shade at different times of the day.The children enjoyed the space inside the house and the large garden offered lots of play opportunities as well sightings of chickens, peacocks and horses next door. And the pool was the perfect play space. You do need a car to make Monteux easily accessible (it’s a long walk in the heat of the day). We had a great time.

Superbe endroit au calme. La maison est très agréable, l'équipement est complet, il ne manque rien. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les 2 terrasses et la piscine.Petit bémol, le futon de la septième chambre/bureau n'est pas confortable du tout sauf pour des enfants.Bref, nous avons passé un super beau séjour.

Vi var ett sällskap på totalt 13 personer, släkt med varandra som vistades en vecka i det här supercharmiga franska boendet. Vi uppskattade poolen och trädgården väldigt mycket. Trädgården hade flera olika typer av sällskapsutrymmen, vid poolen, vid matbordet på uteplatsen som vetter mot poolen, bordet i skugga utanför köket gav härlig skugga och svalka de varmaste dagarna under vistelsen. Boulebanan uppskattades också mycket! Köket som kändes väldigt ”franskt” var så himla fint och välutrustat med allt man kan behöva vid matlagning och en jättehärlig stor gashäll. Vi trivdes som sagt enormt bra och fann det lantliga läget rogivande och grannens påfåglar var ett exotiskt inslag! . Annonsen beskriver väldigt bra hur det faktiskt var. Väldigt trevligt bemötande från vården under hela tiden från bokning fram till samt under vistelsen! Jättetrevligt på alla vis! Tack!

Lækkert fransk klassisk hus

Vi havde er skønt ophold i huset, som er klassisk fransk og charmerende. Lækker poolområde, lounge, petanque, bordtennis og basketnet. Godt med skygge på terrasserne. Dejligt istandsat. God køreafstand til mange småbyer og seværdigheder i området. Mange badeværelser med bad, men vi savnede dog et toilet mere på 1. sal - et toilet var i underkanten for os som sov 10 personer deroppe. Man skal kunne lide “støjen” fra dyr, da naboerne havde højlydte høns (haner) og hunde. Anbefaler huset - vi havde en dejlig ferie.

Excellent house for a gathering of friends

This is an excellent property for a gathering of friends who came together to watch rugby, visit Camargues and taste Chateauneuf du Pape wines. The house has plenty of games, and the pool was excellent.

Superbe semaine de vacances entre couple d'amis dans ce magnifique Mas tout équipé ! La propriété est tout équipée avec un belle extérieur et des chambres luxueuses. Le contact avec le propriétaire était top avec de jolies conseils sur les environs et un très bon contact. Je recommande vivement !

Das perfekte Haus für den perfekten Urlaub

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus war super schön eingerichtet. Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt und sogar übertroffen. Von der Ausstattung war alles vorhanden: Riesen Kühlschrank, Küchengeräte, Zubehör es war einfach alles da was man brauchte. Jean-Jacques, die gute Seele des Hauses, war sehr nett und für jede Frage erreichbar.Wir waren mit 13 Personen unterschiedlichen Alters vor Ort und jeder hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch Yannick, unser Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir würden das Haus jedem empfehlen.

Zeer gezellig en aangename woning

De woning is zeer goed meegevallen. We verbleven er met 12 personen, waaronder verschillende kinderen. De woning was zeker voorzien op zo'n grote groep. Het zwembad was een groot pluspunt. Het enige dat er misschien handig was, is een airco op de kamers, zeker met de hoge temperaturen in de zomer.

Superbe week-end en famille

Cette maison est juste...fabuleuse pour un week-end en famille. Elle concilie avec beaucoup de goût l'ancien et le moderne ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous sommes partis à onze personnes de tout âge et chacun a trouvé son espace et son activité puisqu'elle est très bien équipée tant pour l'intendance que pour les loisirs. Très bon séjour dans une maison entièrement rénovée avec goût. Très propre. Descriptif précis et conforme à la réalité de la maison et des installations proposées de qualité. Particulièrement adaptée à un séjour pour une réunion de famille ou avec des couples d'amis avec enfants. En plein nature et au calme. Les propriétaires sont très agréables, arrangeants et réactifs.
