気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Extremely disappointed and terribly exhausting stay.
Very disappointing and frustrating process! The flat located inside a renovated run-down building where the windows are chipped with sharp edges and are a hazard to children especially the one near the bunk bed with cracked glass. The windows were difficult to close and the A/C monitor wasn't working. No washer and dryer available even though the host responded "yes" when asked about it. The wooden floor in the living room was cracked so we had be careful when walking so we wouldn't get cut by it. One of the standing showers did not drain and leaked into the other rooms so it became unusable and same goes for the corresponding sink until upon request, maintainence came and fixed the sink. Not to mention, on the final day, another shower drain was clogged and began leaking in the bathroom as well. Only two out of the many lamps actually worked. There were ants crawling across the kitchen counter so we couldn't keep food there. The Wi-Fi network and passcode given were wrong, same for the directions given later on by the host to get the Wi-Fi working. We didn't have the easy and fast Wi-Fi we were promised until the FOURTH day out of SIX day trip. The network would fail multiple times. The A/C wasn't working properly and the flat was so hot at night. The process of getting luggage to the flat was a 12 minute walk with two 50 pound suitcases was terribly exhausting and rude of them to not to tell us beforehand.
