The Marie Diane residence is a complex of furnished apartments located in Propriano in Southern Corsica. Its many amenities, such as the swimming pool and children’s playground, make it an ideal spot for a family vacation or a romantic getaway.

This duplex, which offers a view of the sea across the fields, is laid out as follows:
On the first floor, you’ll find a furnished terrace with a small garden, a renovated bathroom, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs is a bedroom—without a door—equipped with air conditioning, a double bed (160 x 200 cm), and a single bed (90 x 190 cm). The bedroom features ample storage space.

The fourth sleeping area is on the first floor, featuring a chaise longue that converts into a single bed (80 x 190 cm).

You’ll appreciate its quiet location, yet it’s only 600 meters from town, 1 km from the beaches and water sports, 1 km from two supermarkets, and 250 meters from a sports complex and municipal tennis courts.

For your comfort:
A shared washing machine is available for free. Linens are provided. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi, and numerous parking spaces are available.
The pool is open starting in mid-May.


Pets are allowed; a €50 surcharge (per pet) is payable upon arrival.

Upon arrival, you will be required to pay a €200 security deposit and, depending on the booking platform, the tourist tax.
