This Landes Villa includes a spacious living room with a living area and a lounge area with television opening onto a covered terrace. An open kitchen fitted and equipped with a fridge/freezer, mini oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and dishwasher.
A bedroom with a 140 bed, wardrobe, bathroom and WC. A bedroom with a 140 bed and cupboard. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC with washing machine.
Upstairs, a mezzanine with two 80 cm beds, a 90 cm bed and chests of drawers. A bedroom with a 140 bed, chest of drawers and cupboard.
Garden with built-in barbecue, enclosed grounds to enjoy a convivial moment. Possibility of parking a car inside.
PETS NOT ALLOWED. Wifi in season. The electricity package is charged in addition to the accommodation cost and is automatically stated in the contract for the periods from January 1st to mid-June and from September to December. Linen is extra, contact our team to reserve it.
