Better options available

We’ve been coming to Cabo for 10+ years, but this was our first stay at Quivira/Copala. The community is nicely located with many amenities- however, was not great for teens, as driving everywhere is absolutely necessary. The biggest drawback of this unit is that it gets zero sun. It backs onto a concrete wall, so the backyard is always shaded, and the interior is dim, since there is no natural light. There wasn’t anywhere to drink morning coffee or golden hour cocktails while enjoying the sun/views. The rooftop is not practical due to Cabo winds. We were charged for a broken patio door handle - which had also been broken by the previous guests due to a faulty design. Lastly, the 3rd bedroom has a double bed (not queen), which made sleeping 6 people challenging. Overall, there are better options for the same price point within Copala.

The Villa was located in a gated community on the Pacific side. It was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed the benefit of visiting sister resorts. The villa was clean, spacious and well equipped. We would stay here again.

Short Getaway

Overall the house was great. There was a few issues that weren't able to get resolved when we were there which was unfortunate. Patricia was there to greet us and showed us around. Great location, would stay there again for sure.

Long Term Stay

We enjoyed the property for over 70 days. Initially, we needed a number of things to accommodate our family members over the Christmas holiday. Blankets, pillows, etc. The kitchen was stocked but not to the degree I needed as I love to cook. We added small items for the rest of our stay. The property manager was attentive to our requests regarding maintenance items. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Cabo Family Party

Nice quite location. This villa is represented well in photos. Kitchen was stocked well. This is located in beautiful resort area with many pools. You must have transportation if you want to get around the city. They have shuttle service but it was not that convenient with a busy holiday weekend. It would be nice if you had chairs on patio outside of master bedroom and better bathroom towel. I would would recommend staying here to anyone. Our family rented many units for a reunion allowing each family to have their own home yet close enough to join others. It was perfect!

Very NICE VILLA

Everything about the Villa was true as advertised. Only thing that I would say that needs to be upgraded are the Towels. Owner was very quick to respond to any requests we had.

Awesome house within Pueblo Bonito complex

Luxury house in high end neighborhood, with 3rd floor terrace and access to multiple Pueblo Bonito amenities It is just a 15 min drive to downtown Cabo, great scenery

Rooftop Haven

The property was amazing. It was just as it was described. The rooftop at night, stars, wine, & moon was an added bonus. We hated to leave. We started out a little rocky trying to find the place, but Crisitna was able to get the security to accommodate us; use the "golf resort" address so that you will enter at the appropriate gate is my only advice. Other than that the place is absolutely perfect. We are already making plans for our next girls' trip and this place is on the list again.

Everything was as advertised in this very nicely appointed. modern villa, in a lovely gated community. Very relaxing and comfortable. Beautiful view from the roof top patio. Was only here a few days so didn't really get to try out all of the amenities on the grounds, but the spa and pools looked spectacular. Property management was incredibly responsive, easy to work with and very accomodating. Will definitely stay here again when I return.

Property was AMAZING!!

I loved this property. The host was very friendly and provided a lot of things at the house. The views from the rooftop are breathtaking. I recommend renting a car and not doing Uber if staying a this property. It is not far from downtown or any other attraction but takes a minute to navigate through the resort area.

This place was exactly as advertised. Roomy. Clean. Great location (short walk to pool area). Lots of cutlery and dishes, etc. to feed and entertain a good sized family.

Lots of room.

We very much loved the place. It had lots of room and had a great flow to it. We have some friends who live in Cabo and it was a great place to entertain them. It was great to open all the doors and let some air in.

Beautiful property!

Stayed for a week with a group of friends. The property was perfectly fitted for us (1 couple & 2 singles). The beds were comfy and the place was very clean. The only con was the shuttle service. The service was abysmal and oftentimes wouldn't show up after we called in a reservation. If you plan to stay here, seriously consider renting a car or golf cart to get you to and from the resort.

AMAZING!!

We’ve stayed in Copala before and really like the area. Communication with host and property manager was outstanding. Travelers to Copala need to realize you are away from downtown a bit and can feel like you’re stranded if you don’t have transportation. There are shuttles to main resort that will get you to town from property. You can take Uber into property, but they cannot pick you up on property unescorted. Overall, great place. Will visit again.

Love this place

We loved this place! It was quiet and I felt we were the only people on this huge property . Sometimes we were the only car on the road. We decided to have a car so we could come and go with ease. You will need transport, Uber or rental, if you want to leave this property. If not leaving, there is a shuttle to get you to Bonita Sunset or Rose. If you get a car to leave the property, just know that you will encounter a lot of speed bumps which are not painted or always marked. Also, do not do not rent from NU / America car rental!!! The lovely pool is a 2 block walk and a great evening respite. We also took advantage of the main pool at Bonita Sunset, which is on the beach (no going in water though as Pacific ocean is too violent here) and Bonita Rose which is closer to town and the Marina. Both were good choices for us. The same parking garage was used each time going to town and was reasonably priced at about $1.25 an hour. It is at Plaza Alamar on Francisco I Madero S/N, just off Miguel Hidalgo. Our Villa - Pros- quiet, great views from rooftop, separate air conditioners for each room, great water pressure and heat, resident gecko, close to pools, did I mention quiet! Cons - no instruction binder for TV or air conditioner remotes, no shampoo, conditioner or soap for showering, no lock on back slider (hopefully fixed by now) felt safe though, lacking spices. We would definitely rent this place again!!!
