It is in this magnificent setting, that Mr. Capo has magnificently renovated "le clos de la Durande", this set of buildings is made up of his dwelling house as well as the cottage of Peyra Taillade.

On site: Multiple hiking trails for walks, bike rides or snowshoes, observation of fauna and flora, finally it is the ideal place of observation for astronomy enthusiasts!

A little further: The gorges of the Allier with many white water activities, the villages of Saugues where you can among other things discover the legends of Gévaudan....

A little further still: The city of Puy en Velay is its many buildings classified as UNESCO heritage (half an hour's drive), the city of Brioude recognized among other things, for its famous biennial of watercolors and its basilica with remarkable architecture. The entrance to the cottage is through a common courtyard of 300m2.

On the ground floor is the living space, this very bright room is nicely arranged around a central wood stove. It consists of a fully equipped functional kitchen and a cocooning lounge area. Further back you will also have a toilet.
Upstairs are: two bedrooms, the first has two 90 cm beds and the second has a 140 cm bed; a bathroom with walk-in shower and finally a second toilet.

Information about the cottage:
Gite adjoining the owner's house, shared courtyard.
No own washing machine at the gite but possibility of using the owner's machine.

Included in the price: bed linen, electricity, and possibility of loaning 4 mountain bikes.

In addition: Cleaning option €50 Electricity included in the rates within the limit of reasonable consumption: 16Kwh per day maximum.

Arriving by the RN88 or the RN102 follow Chaspuzac, then Vergezac and finally take the direction of Vernet. Arriving in the village take the first right, the cottage is just opposite the town hall.
