Studio apartment completely renoved, is located on the 2nd floor, door 75 of the residence “Les 3 iles” beside the thalassotherapy center and only 20 meters from the first beach.
It includes :
-Entry with storage closet,
-Living room with TV, bed for 2 persons (160cm) and sofa bed for 1 person (110cm),
-Equipped kitchen (micro wave, cooking plate, fridge, little oven),
-Bathroom with toilets,
Loggia with a sea view, garden furniture.
WIFI and netflix. Beds with duvet.
Parking on the residence
No-smoking rental. Animals not allowed.
Apartment classified in 3 stars for 3 people.
Electric and water usage in extra charge (30€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th of September 2026.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 70€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
