This 2 rooms appartment of almost 30m² for 4 persons is located on the second floor, door n°34 of the residence with swimming pool "Le Parc du Bois d'Amour", at 500 meters of the beach and the thalassotherapy center.
It includes :

- Living room with tv, sofa bed of 140cm large and sofa bed for 1 person,
- Equipped kitchen (cooking plate, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine),
- Bedroom with bed of 140cm large,
- Bathroom,
- Toilets separated,
Balcony with garden furniture. Parking n°34 on the residence. Little animals allowed with extra charge (5€/days).
Access to the swimming pool of the residence from mid-June to mid-September.
Electric and water usage in extra charge (35€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th of September 2026.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 75€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
