Immediate proximity to Étel beach and its nautical center, shops 200m away and port 700m, 2-room apartment (approx. 42 m²) for 4 people, located in the Cap Marine residence (Building B, 1st floor – lift –, door no. B105). Comfortable apartment with a south-facing balcony overlooking the garden. Ideal for enjoying the Ria d’Étel, the Carnac megalithic alignments and the Bay of Quiberon.

Agréable séjour

La semaine s'est bien déroulé, équipement un peu juste, mériterait d'ajouter un fauteuil au moins dans la pièce à vivre.

Très belle location bien située par rapport au village et à la mer

Agence de location qui gère très bien les contrats l'arrivée et le départ. Très proche de la location en cas de problème.

Appartement agréable

Appartement très bien situé dans résidence au calme. Prestations convenable, Appartement lumineux avec baie vitrée et grand balcon. Dommage que les locataires ne respectent pas la propreté de ce bel appartement. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour malgré tout pour la proximité de mes plages préférées.
