This beautiful fully air-conditioned villa of 120 m² is located in a relaxing setting with panoramic views of the sea and the Catalan coast.
In peace, on a closed and sported garden of more than 1350m ², you will be able to benefit from its quality services.
The villa consists of an independent kitchen with glass roof, a spacious living room/living room with access to a large terrace with planxa and open view of the surrounding fields, 3 beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC.
Around the secure rectangular swimming pool 8m/4m and depth ranging from 1m50 to 2m, out of sight, you will enjoy this beautiful relaxation area: deckchairs, outdoor shower...
10 km from PALAU DEL VIDRE and its art glass roof, SOREDE and its turtle valley, CERET art villa, its museum, its typical Catalan market... 25 km from the Spanish border, Le Perthus, not forgetting 12 km from the beaches of Argeles Sur Mer, the world famous village of Collioure, continuing Banyuls Sur Mer and its new Mediterranean aquarium and other places to discover!
