Valloire - "Tigny House", independent house, 4 to 6 persons, 3 stars

Small charming house, dated from 1730, perfect for 4 to 6 persons with two bedrooms and a cabin.

Winter 2026 (Sunday to Sunday)

Completely renovated in 2010 and refurbished in 2020, we have lived in the house for the past 8 years and it has seen our 2 children grow up.

Tigny House is ideally located in the center of Valloire, in the heart of the Tigny hamlet, facing the gondola and the Sétaz ski slopes. An ideal location to enjoy a stay without car or shuttle, and live the village.

In winter, the Tigny area is very lively during the day, with the gondola and the arrival of the main slopes. After 5pm, it becomes quiet again, for restful nights.

Perfect for a family, our house is also suitable for 2 or 3 couples or friends.

Wifi 35 Mb, Prime TV, free baby kit available, beds made at arrival.

Tres jolie et confortable maison en plein centre de Valloire, avec un super acceuil de la part de notre hote Pierre Francois. Les draps et les produits d'entretien fournis sont un vrai plus pour voyager plus leger (lits faits a l'arrivee, genial!). Merci pour ce super sejour en famille!

Great stay in very central location in Valloire for ski

Pierre-Francois was very kind and had great communication. The small house was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 1 small child. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and full bathroom. Stairs can be slippery but Pierre-Francois has installed a safety gate for children which was great. Downstairs is living room, 1 bedroom, single toilet, and Kitchen. Kitchen was well equipped and we used the oven, toaster, microwave, and washing machine. The location cannot be beat if you are here for ski. We easily walked to both lifts. There is no view as the lift parking is built around the home, but central location with small children was great. We would book again. Thanks PF!

Belle semaine de rando en montagne

La maison a été pour notre famille un camp de base confortable et impeccable pour randonner autour du Galibier, vers les 3 lacs, les aiguilles d'arve et dans la vallee de Neuvache. Très bon accueil, commerces et animations de la station tout proches à pied. Seule chose, le parking qui entoure la maison et la remontee mecanique juste en face sont sans doute des atouts pour l'hiver mais ne sont pas très bucoliques l'été.

Very good and confrotable

We have stayed at Tigny House in Valloire for two weeks and everything has been extraordinary. The House has practically all you need. The location is fantastic to visit the beautiful Alps. The owner Pierre is kind and helpful with any question you have. We'd lo to come back again.

Lovely House, Fantastic Location!

A fantastic little house in a brilliant location. The resort is lovely and the slopes quiet. The house is literally across the street from the gondola with fantastic access to a range of slopes. The owners were really easy to contact and incredibly helpful. You can really tell that they used to live in the house as they obviously care a lot about it and it is well equipped with everything you could need. A fantastic find!

Excellent !!

Une petite maison de ville idéalement située (proche des commerces et calme). Le logement est très propre avec un niveau de prestation très bon ( couchages, électroménager, la déco). La surface est idéale pour 4/6 personnes. Le propriétaire est très sympa avec de l’attention et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons cette location.

Emplacement et proprio au top!

Séjour en famille dans cette maison idéalement située, pouvant accueillir 2 couples et 2 enfants . Départ des remontées à 50m, retour ski aux pieds, ESF à 200m tout en étant au cœur du village. (Boulangerie à 20m, et toutes les commodites à proximité) Pierre-François, le proprio est très sympa et sait vous orienter vers les bonnes personnes. À refaire!

Maison et hôte au top

Maison tout confort située au centre de Valloire . Maison très fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût. Conforme aux photos. On si sent comme à la maison voir même mieux. Hôte aux petits soins avec nous. Très prévoyant et plein de petites attentions à notre égard. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
