Studio apartment with sleeping alcove on the 3rd floor with elevator, sleeps 4, approximately 33 sq m, with an integrated glass-enclosed loggia offering sea views.
It comprises:
- Living room: sofa bed (sleeps 2, 140 cm), television, bunk beds.
- Kitchenette: refrigerator, microwave, mini electric oven, coffee maker, washing machine.
- Bathroom: bathtub, sink, separate WC.
- Sleeping alcove: storage.
The swimming pool is subject to approval by the condominium association and is normally open from mid-June to early September.
