The cottage has a ground floor twin bedroom (zip/link, can be king-size double on request) with an en-suite shower room, a ground floor family room with three single beds (2 x zip/link, can be king-size double and 1 single on request) with an en-suite bathroom, a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area and a shared utility room. Outside there is ample off road parking, a shared lawned garden with patio, pond, furniture and a barbecue (available on request) and a games room. The Hayloft Cottage is a wonderful holiday base.

Town: The charming Suffolk village of Little Glenham offers a pub that serves excellent meals, walks, cycle routes, as well as Glemham Hall, an historic house and gardens, which hosts regular events throughout the year. The quaint town of Wickham Market is within easy reach and here you will find shops, pubs, tea rooms and a weekly market, plus the historic town of Woodbridge is within driving distance.
