TY LIOU AR MOR, house at the foot of the white sandy beach, sea and ocean views

House located in front of the beach of Trescadec,
Facing the bay of Audierne with a plot of 1000 m² with panoramic views of the ocean and the beach. Quiet house not overlooked, where you can hear the sea. Accommodating up to 8/10 people. Close to the great sites of Cap Sizun: Pointes du Raz, Pointe du Van, Ile de sein, Baie des Trépassés.
The long-distance hiking trail 34 (GR34) that passes in front of the house is a coastal path that starts at Mont-Saint-Michel and ends in Saint-Nazaire.
The accommodations are fully equipped:
- Equipped kitchen adjoining the living room with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, wifi, television, dining table, wc, etc..
- Garage: washing machine and dryer
- 4 bedrooms: one on the first floor with a 140 bed adjoining a private shower; 3 bedrooms upstairs 1 bed 140 - 1 bed 160 - 2 bed 90; bathroom with bath + toilet; extra bed; travel cot on request

The rental is located 15 minutes from the Grand site of the Pointe du Raz and the Cap Sizun Reserve. These are magnificent natural places to discover.

Lovely location Poorly kept house

The location was lovely and as described. The presentation of the property was very disappointing. Dust under beds, beds not made up. Awning broken. Velux windows all damaged and you could not see out. Good hot system. Well equipped kitchen. Horrible bed linen. Good spacious garage. Lawns uncut and grass very long. Not possible to use lawns. Back garden unfenced even though owner assured me it would be when i asked at time of booking.

La situation de la maison aurait pu nous faire passer un séjour agréable.Toutefois l'état intérieur, bien que théoriquement le ménage avait soit disant été fait, était dans un état lamentable.Nous avons dû tout nettoyer et désinfecter : la vaisselle, les sols, les draps et les serviettes qui sentaient le linge trop longtemps humide ou stocké, soit au total 3 heures de ménage à deux personnes.Le réfrigérateur était dans un état de crasse à la limite de l'insalubrité.Les terrasses non jamais vues un coup de nettoyeur haute pression.Quant aux vitres surtout les velux, on ne peut pas voir à travers tellement ils sont sales..Dans toute la maison il n'y a pas de penderie, placard, ou armoire pour ranger ses affaires. Tout doit rester dans les valises.Il est indiqué qu'une voiture peut stationner dans le garage, mais ceci est impossible en raison de l'encombrement de ce dernierTous nos contacts avec le service de conciergerie s'est fait uniquement par mail ou tel. Personne ne s'est proposé de se déplacer pour nous rencontrer, bien que nous ayons fourni des photos, preuve à l'appui.

Génial

Super séjour dans cette maison avec vue sur Mer Maison bien conçue, bien équipée et propre Personnel disponible Séjour très reposant en famille, lit bébé et chaise haute à disposition dans la maison ce qui est super! Et les animaux sont acceptés notre chien à pu partir avec nous en vacances. C'était des vacances génial !!

Génial, très apaisant

Le séjour était vraiment super, la maison est en bord de mer! Les propriétaires sont super, la maison est conforme à l'annonce. Des restaurants, boulangeries et supermarchés à proximités.

Merveilleux séjours avec cette vue Magnifique sur la Mer

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison avec une incroyable sur l’océan de toute la maison. La maison est très reposante et évadent. La maison est très bien équipée et très propre. Et la literie est superbe. La personne qui nous a accueilli est très aimable et est disponible durant notre séjour. Il y’a des restaurant très sympathique tout le long de la mer. Nous reviendrons passer un autre séjour dans cette magnifique maison
