Cambo-les-Bains: Quiet 2-room apartment with parking and Internet

A 20-minute walk from the town center and thermal baths, this comfortable, quiet one-bedroom apartment features a main room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, etc.). There is a living/dining room with two sofas (one a sofa bed and the other a reclining sofa), and a TV. The bedroom has two electric single beds (80x200cm). There is a bathroom and a separate toilet. A terrace, parking space, and internet access are included. Pets are not allowed.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for an additional fee from the agency upon booking). The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). A check-in/check-out inventory is carried out upon each departure. Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report any issues or anything our staff may have missed. If guests depart on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the day of their departure, a preliminary check-out inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will allow us to verify that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (T2 apartment): €55.

- Bed linen (single bed): €30.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
