T1 Bis Cambo-les-Bains with Terrace and Internet Access

Cambo-les-Bains, Reference C165: One-bedroom apartment (T1 bis), on the ground floor of a small apartment building. The apartment includes a living area, a dining area opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, multi-function microwave oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, etc.), one bedroom (double bed) with an en-suite shower room and toilet, and an east-facing terrace.

Parking is available on the sidewalk in front of the entrance.
Internet access is provided.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is permitted outside.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency).
The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is taken at the end of each stay (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report any issues they feel are not up to standard or anything our staff may have overlooked. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (T1 Bis): €44.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
