A 200m du centre, bel appartement au 8ème et dernier étage avec ascenseur de 73m² traversant Nord/Sud et bénéficiant de splendides vues sur le Sancy et sur le Puy Gros comprenant hall d'entrée, salon équipé d'un convertible "rapido" (vrai matelas) en couchage double ouvrant sur loggia Sud, séjour, cuisine équipée avec lave vaisselle, une chambre avec lit 140 et dressing ouvrant sur loggia, une chambre lit 140 et 1 lit simple superposé, salle d'eau avec lave linge / séchant, toilette indépendant.
Garage équipée de box à skis, cellier.
Accès wifi illimité, lecteur DVD, console de jeux, téléphone fixe à disposition.
Location pour 7 personnes maximum.
Forfait ménage sur demande : 70 € en supplément
Arrivées du lundi au samedi (hors jours fériés) de 15h à 17h30, vous rendre directement à l'agence.
