In Plouha, comfortable renovated family house with enclosed garden, near the village and the coast of Goëlo.
1900 house renovated with respect for its character (floors, exposed beams, high ceilings).
On the ground floor, entrance hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and WC. Upstairs, a master bedroom and three small single bedrooms, a bathroom with WC. Garage serving as an entrance hall.
Small, enclosed garden.
The house is in a quiet residential area near the town center which brings together many shops (bakery, butcher, fishmonger, cafes, tobacco-newspapers, Wednesday market). Convenience store nearby.
Between Saint-Quay-Portrieux (seaside resort and marina) and Paimpol (marina), the coast formed by beautiful cliffs offers many walks and swimming (Le Palus, Gwin Zegal, Port Moguer, Bonaparte Beach, Bréhec etc.). It is easily accessible from the house (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike).
Public transport: Guingamp (20 min) and Saint-Brieuc (30 min) stations
