ワイキキショア1ベッドルーム、駐車場付きのワイキキビーチの広いベランダ付き

Thanks for your review and adding the pictures! Glad that your first trip to Hawaii was a success and hope to see you again. Aloha, Terry

The location is hard to beat anywhere in Waikiki. I'm glad that you enjoyed the lanai (balcony) for sunsets. It is a nice place to watch birds, palm trees and people at the beach any time too while enjoying breakfast or other food and drinks on the lanai. Thank you for sharing your experience. Aloha, Terry

Looks like your first trip to Hawaii won't be your last! Thank you for your nice review and hope to hear from you when you make future plans. Aloha, Terry

That's exactly what I want to hear! Thanks for adding some pictures too. It was my pleasure to have you stay. Aloha, Terry

I love to hear that! Thank you. It is a very special place and I was happy to share it with you. My lanai is my favorite spot too -- enjoying the swaying palm trees, watching people go by, seeing fireworks on Friday nights, and being surrounded by beauty while eating , drinking or just relaxing. Aloha, Terry

Mahalo! I prefer that my guests spend their time having fun and enjoying themselves and not having to worry about finding things like a tea pot or rice cooker or wine opener or portable chair for the beach. I am the one who does the shopping when I am there! It is my pleasure to provide things that guests have requested or might need. Aloha, Terry

Thanks for your review. Location is very important and I appreciate your letting others know, Aloha, Terry

We are lucky to have fireworks every Friday night and not just on certain holidays. Glad that you were able to enjoy from the lanai and avoid busloads of people who show up on the beach there.

Mahalo! I am very lucky to be an owner at Waikiki Shore. Waikiki is a "happening" place and the Waikiki Shore building is the only condo building on Waikiki Beach. Being able to walk to so many restaurants and other places saves the stress of driving and finding parking. Even a short stay on the way to a cruise or another island is a great idea. Aloha, Terry

Mahalo for your review. I am so happy to hear that you had a great time! The umbrellas at the beach help avoid sunburn which many people forget about in their excitement to get to the beach. I'm glad that you mentioned the lounge chairs because people always ask about beach chairs and those are the most comfortable and are readily available. Hope to hear from you again! Aloha, Terry

It was a great pleasure to have you stay at my place again! I was landing in Honolulu as you were checking out. Came close to meeting you in person. You are welcome to return any time! Aloha, Terry

You must have found amazing changes in Waikiki with so many restaurants and shops nearby which weren't there 20 years ago. Thank you for choosing my place twice in one month. I keep minimum stays of only one night so that guests can stay before and after island hopping or going on a cruise. Aloha, Terry

Mele Kalikimaka! (Merry Christmas) I'm happy that you could be there over the holidays which is very festive and special. There is really no bad time to go to Hawaii aka paradise! Aloha, Terry

Yes, it is the only condo building on Waikiki Beach. I was very lucky to have found it! Aloha, Terry

Thank you for your review! The nice thing about the second floor is that you have the option of using the stairs when the elevators are busy. Glad to hear that my place was better than the others! I do that on purpose to decorate in Hawaiian hand carved moneypod and Koa wood furniture to make guests feel like they are in Hawaii rather than a hotel room. My guest satisfaction is very important to me and I hope to hear from you again. Aloha, Terry

You made my day with your review! Mahalo! I'm glad that you enjoyed the beautiful hand carved wood furniture and hand carved turtle wall hanging and my coffee table also hand carved to look like a surfboard. I don't want my place to look like a hotel room but rather like a special Hawaiian getaway for a more memorable and enjoyable experience. You are welcome any time! Aloha, Terry

I enjoyed having you stay too! It is fun for me to meet various guests, at least by email, from all over the country and hear about their travels to other islands, on cruises, and what they are celebrating while staying at my condo. Aloha, Terry

I have to agree with you! Just steps to the beach and good restaurants. Thanks for choosing my unit and your review. Aloha, Terry

I appreciate your review and your choosing my unit. You were the first guests after the huge storm that hit the islands so I am happy for you that you missed all of the rain and flooding. It was a pleasure to have you stay! Have a nice Easter and know that you are always welcome back. Aloha, Terry

Mahalo! Most of my reviews mention the location for a good reason -- it is a GREAT location! Important to know that when finding a place to stay. Happy to share this location with my guests. Aloha, Terry

Thanks for your review and I am glad that you enjoyed your stay. I am going to my place in 4 days and will try to outsmart the birds. The fake owls don't seem to scare them but I can block the places on the lanai and in the storm shutters where they try to hang out. Next time don't be afraid to call for someone to clean the lanai for you. I have cleaning and maintenance people available. Having everything clean is a top priority for me. Sorry that the birds were competing for use of the lanai. Even one or two birds can make a mess. If anyone feeds them they will keep coming back for more. Hope to see you again! Aloha, Terry

Happy New Year and thank you for your review! It makes it worth owning when guests have a good time and enjoy their stay. It is a very unique and special place which I try to keep more hawaiian looking and create memorable vacations. Now you know the area and I hope to hear from you in the new year. Aloha, Terry

Glad you enjoyed your stay and were able to relax on the lanai. It is always nice to have coffee or tea on the lanai in the morning, watch people on the beach, enjoy the many beautiful palm trees and watch the fireworks on Friday nights. Being able to walk to great restaurants and to hear Hawaiian music and to many shops make this location ideal for vacation. Hope to have you stay again! Aloha, Terry

Thank you for your review and I hope that you will return. As you said you can walk and avoid driving on most days. There are also many tours available to take you to luaus and popular places on the island. Aloha, Terry
