This Landes Villa includes a large living room with a living room opening onto a terrace with a built-in barbecue and a lounge area with television. An open kitchen fitted and equipped with a fridge/freezer, mini oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine.
A bedroom with a 140 bed and cupboard. A bedroom with two single beds and cupboard. Shower room. Separate WC. A bedroom with a 140cm bed and wardrobe. Shower room, with WC.
Upstairs, a large attic room with adjoining bedrooms, two 90 cm beds and chest of drawers.
Enclosed grounds to enjoy a friendly moment. Possibility of parking a car inside.
PETS NOT ALLOWED. Wifi. The electricity package is charged in addition to the accommodation cost and is automatically stated in the contract for the periods from January 1st to mid-June and from September to December. Linen is extra, contact our team to reserve it.
