Our “Mas” offers a splendid panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea and the Saint-Tropez Gulf. It is south-facing with a large covered terrace where you can have a shady lunch at mid-time. A room in a tower with terrace and sunbed offers a remarkable view. The wide floor-to-ceiling windows offer you a splendid sea view and allow you to fully appreciate the incomparable luminosity of the Côte d'Azur.
The living rooms are comfortable, large functional kitchen. The facilities are of high standard (cast iron plancha, hotel bedding, Nespresso machine, etc.) A superb swimming pool and beautiful terraces await you where you can relax discreetly in a neatly wooded Provençal garden.
You will be in an area with beautiful landscapes, ideal setting for a dream holiday. The Issambres is nearly 8 km of coastline, made of beaches, coves and coves, to discover by walking the coastal path with its magnificent views and its typical Mediterranean flora. Nach einer Woche Familienurlaub (10 Personen, davon 4 Kinder) wurden uns ungerechtfertigterweise 500€ zusätzliche "Reinigungskosten" berechnet - zusätzlich zu den bereits bezahlten 600€ Endreinigung und 300€ Wäscheservice. Die angeblichen "Vergehen": Wir hatten einige empfindliche Dekorationen zum Schutz der Kinder auf höhere Regale gestellt Ein Sofa für besseren Meerblick umgestellt (5 Minuten Arbeit zum Zurückstellen) 10 leere Glasflaschen in der Küche gelassen, die nicht mehr in den Mülleimer passten Etwas Salz, Pfeffer und Eis für die nächsten Gäste dagelassen (wie wir es auch vorgefunden hatten) Die vom Host gesendeten "Beweisfotos" zeigen ein normales Maß an Gebrauchsspuren nach einer Woche mit 10 Personen. Keine Schäden, keine außergewöhnliche Verschmutzung. Das Leeren der Mülleimer und Zurückstellen von 2-3 Möbelstücken rechtfertigt keine 500€ Zusatzgebühr bei bereits 900€ gezahlten Service-Gebühren. Positiv: VRBO hat unseren Fall geprüft und uns unterstützt. Die Plattform selbst ist empfehlenswert und schützt Gäste vor ungerechtfertigten Forderungen. Fazit: Dieser Host nutzt offenbar jede Gelegenheit für Zusatzeinnahmen. Buchen Sie lieber bei transparenten, fairen Vermietern. VRBO als Plattform: ✅ Dieser spezielle Host: ❌

Sehr schönes Haus, schöner als auf den Fotos! Wir fühlten ins von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute sehr wohl! Von der Terrasse mir dem Esstisch eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer! Gepflegter Garten schöner Pool! Ganze Haus mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet! Vacances à refaire!

Magnifique !

Magnifique villa très spacieuse et décorée avec goût. La disposition des chambres fait que chacun dispose de son intimité. Les matelas sont de très bonne qualité. La cuisine est toute équipée et rien ne manquait. Nous avons également apprécié le canapé du salon qui a eu un effet « somnifère » sur tout le monde tant il était confortable 😅 et la vue dégagée sur l’extérieur vous met en joie dès qu’on ouvre les paupières ! Les extérieurs, la piscine, tout est vraiment très très beau et conforme aux photos. Nous avons eu de bons contacts avec les propriétaires et les remercions, de même que Sylvina. N’hésitez pas à aller découvrir cette pépite ! Séverine Rey

Even better than the photos

This villa is amazing and even better than the photos. The house is very clean and tidy, with lots of little extras that make your stay more comfortable such as air conditioning everywhere. It is very secure and there are great areas for sunbathing and other areas if it gets too hot and you want to sit in the shade or read a book. It takes approx 10 mins to get to Saint Maxime and it’s a nice coastal drive. We were 2 families with varied ages and it worked perfectly for us- we would certainly stay again

Die Villa hat alles, was man braucht. Tolle Lage, großartiger Blick und vollständig ausgestattet. Beach Clubs, Shopping und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit.
