Halfway between the Lot and Dordogne valleys, the accommodation is the ground floor of a traditional 19th century Quercy house.
The house is located on a large garden of 2 hectares, at the top of a small hill, very quiet and accessible by a private road.
The cottage was completely renovated in 2020/2021, it awaits you to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature, enjoying all the comforts of a modern renovation.
Completely independent, the accommodation occupies the entire ground floor, it opens directly onto the 2 hectare garden and is composed of:
-> a living room (dining table, sofa, small lounge area)
-> a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary equipment)
-> two bedrooms with Queen Size bed or twin beds (new and of good quality)
-> a modern bathroom (walk-in shower)
-> A large two-hectare garden (barbecue, deckchair, garden tables)
Ideal starting point for hiking, cycling and discovery walks of major cultural sites.
2 bikes can be loaned on request for free (For an adult and a child)
