Located on the first floor, simple but well equipped, renovated in 2013, rated 2 stars, WIFI, living room coffee table TV Leather sofa and armchair, dining area in bar 2 stools kitchen area multifunction microwave oven, induction 2 burners, fridge, bedroom with shower of 90x90 sink, 1wc independent, access to the PRIVATE terrace area in south-facing courtyard, equipped with table, armchairs, garden and parasol, grass garden with a wire accessible above, all in a quiet but lively street (walkers' itinerary on foot), garage for bicycles or kayaks, on the edge of the GR 34, direct view of the port activity, yachting and fishing, 200m from the shops of the CV, 500m from the beaches (Blancs Sablons and Portez), access to the grass garden, clothesline. Free unlimited parking in 4-hour areas including a space at the foot of the house.

The accommodation
Duvets, pillowcases and shower mats are available to travellers. Travellers plan to bring duvet covers, bottom sheets and pillow covers (1 bed of 140), kitchen towels and towels; option to rent bedding (bed made on arrival) and 2 towels and 2 dish towels 25€ for a double, with 2 towels per person. Washer/dryer in common laundry room, The parking lots free of charge unlimited in the 4h zones with a "Resident" sticker provided with the key.

The accommodation will be returned clean and in good working order by the travellers at the end of the stay. The "property fees" paid at the time of booking correspond to a cleanliness check or even a retake if necessary, a change of bed mattress protector and disinfection of the affected parts before the arrival of the next travellers. This amount does not include the general cleaning of the accommodation and in particular the cleaning of the kitchen area and its equipment, dirty dishes, sanitary facilities, etc. This cleaning work must be carried out by the traveller, or can be entrusted to the service provider in charge of reception and departure; it will be invoiced (outside the Vrbo contract) and collected on site on the arrival of the travellers.
In the event of a problem, the traveller is invited to use the telephone as a priority (CALL doubled by SMS) to obtain an efficient and rapid solution to his payment. The owner is required to consult the platform ONLY every 24 to 48 hours;
ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION: In order to make travelers responsible, electricity consumption during the stay will be charged on the basis of 0.25€ per kwh; HP and HC meter readings will be taken at the entrance and exit only during the potential heating period from October 1st to April 30th. Payment is made at the end of the stay.
