Bohemian - parking - à 700m de la plage

Located in Paramé, 700 metres from the main beach of St Malo, Bohemian is a beautiful, fully-equipped flat with everything you need for your stay.

Please note that construction work is currently underway on the street, which may cause occasional noise disturbances during the day.

It can accommodate up to 4 people and benefits from easy access to transport and shops as well as a secure private parking space.

Linen provided, wifi, beds made on your arrival, fully equipped kitchen, all you have to do is put down your suitcases!

The accommodation
Located on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs and with a surface area of 73 m², the flat is arranged as follows:

- Pleasant living room with a sitting area in soft, pastel colours and a dining table for 4 people.
- Separate, fully equipped kitchen: small side table for 2 people, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and electric kettle, etc.
- 2 large bedrooms of about 14 m², each with a double bed (160 cm) and a wardrobe. A desk is at your disposal in one of them.
- Bathroom with bathtub. The toilets are separate.


Neighbourhood
Bohemian is located in a very quiet area, park with children's playground 2 minutes away from the flat.
You will find shops in the immediate vicinity (3-4 min).
Market twice a week, Rochebonne beach at 700 m.


Transport
The train station is 7 minutes away by car.
There is a bus stop for the main sites nearby.
There is an outdoor parking.

Ich hatte die FeWo im Frühjahr gebucht. Zwei Wochen vor unserer Anreise erreichte mich eine Mail, in der uns mitgeteilt wurde, dass die Baustelle am Haus wieder in Betrieb gehe. Bei der Buchung war lediglich angegeben, dass es eine solche in der Straße gebe. Ich schrieb, dass ich sehr irritiert wäre und bekam die Nachricht, dass es keine Lärmbelästigung gebe. Das war dann nicht so, da sich die Baustelle direkt am und um das Haus herum befindet, ab 8.30 Uhr wurde hier gebaut. Die Wohnung selbst erinnert an eine Studenten-WG, es gibt einige schöne Möbel, aber auch zahlreiche Dübellöcher in der Wand. Das Treppenhaus riecht nach alter Kirche. Es gibt viele Kleinigkeiten, die einem auffallen (nicht befestigter Backofen, dreckiges Backblech, einige weitere schmutzige Stellen, abgebrochene Leisten, Regal im Gäste-WC, Farbsprenkler, unklare Müllentsorgung, etc.). Für 10 Tage bekamen wir jeder 2 Handtücher. Die Betten waren, als wir ankamen, nicht gemacht - haben wir dann selbst erledigt. Gegen Ende bekam ich von der für uns zuständigen Person keine Antwort auf meine Frage, wo ich den Schlüssel lassen sollte (trotz dreier Kommunikationswege/-versuche). Bei meiner Beschwerde in der Agentur (Book & Pay) - die erste, die ich jemals getätigt habe - bekam ich eine unpersönliche Antwort ohne Namensnennung eines Ansprechpartners. Ein Raum ist abgeschlossen. Das Probleme auftreten können, ist klar, aber bei den verlangten Preise kann man erwarten, dass damit deutlich besser umgegangen wird.

Annonce mensongère

L’annonce est mensongère : en effet, il est noté sur l’annonce que l’appartement loué fait 73m2, or une pièce de 10m2 environ était fermée à clé et non accessible. Ce qui fait que l’espace était bcp plus petit que prévu et nous manquions de rangements. (Pour comparaison, L’appartement du dessous est en vente et fait 75m2) Il était noté qu’une table à repasser et un fer étaient laissés or il n’y en avait pas. La personne en charge de l’appartement devait venir nous les apporter et n’est jamais venue. De plus, des nuisances sonores ont lieu depuis plusieurs mois et ne seront pas terminées d’ici plusieurs mois : en effet, une maison est en construction (permis déposé en 2024) en contrebas, et il y avait beaucoup de bruit dès 8.30 le matin jusqu’à 18h, ceci n’a jamais été mentionné ni par la propriétaire ni par l’agence, qui avaient connaissance de ces nuisances (le fils des propriétaires était présent pendant plusieurs semaines avant notre arrivée) et ceci représentait des nuisances importantes. Les ouvriers portaient des casques anti bruits pour travailler et même fenêtres fermées nous les entendions. De plus le montant des taxes de vacances prélevées a été mal calculé et supérieur au montant dû. Les photos de l’appartement sur le site sont flatteuses car l’appartement n’est pas très propre, les ustensiles de cuisine sont vieillots et il en manque.

Accueilli avec 1h de retard. Puis 15' d'attente le temps de mettre les draps... on etait meme pas attendu. Les draps et les serviettes de toilette sentaient tres mauvais. Le rideau de douche etait avec des traces marrons et des poils. Cuinie sale. Appartement poussiereux. Aucun retour de communication. On a meme pas eu acces a la machine a laver car il y avait le linge sale des anciens locataires. J'ai demande un dédommagement. Aucune reponse! Au prix ... c'est honteux! Les pires vacacnces

Le fer à repasser ne fonctionnait pas, le Wi-Fi nous a lâché le dernier jour (et tout le quartier, semble t'il). Impossible de connecter à la télé auriculaires ni clé USB, celle ci étant au mur, sans espace pour accéder aux connections. Ce serait pratique qu'elle soit sur le meuble bas. Cette personne (Maeva)n'a pas réalisé l'état des lieux avec nous lors de notre départ, sa voiture étant en panne. A part cela, logement agréable 🙁 Accès aux connections TV Disponibilité de la personne de contact"
