The Skipper is a well appointed beach front vacation home with the harbor and dock just across the street. The property is .5 acres with plenty of room to bring a boat. A boat ramp is within walking distance. The fishing both in shore and off shore is like no other place.
The house is beach front with balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The harbor with a shared dock is across the street. It has a balcony as well.
Kayaks are available for guests to use. Contact owner to get outfitted with lifejackets. A Pickleball court is reserved for your use at no extra charge.
Leashed pets are welcomed on our beaches.

We really enjoyed our time at Skipper! It's location on the west end of Alligator Point is perfect for walking the beach for miles in either direction. With so many shells to search for and so many dolphins to watch, our time there was so relaxing that we can't wait to go back!

Skipper has the best deck on all of Alligator Point. You can see the sunset better than any other place - taller and nothing blocking your view!

Amazing!!

We had a great time in this cute house! It was very clean and well stocked. The location is perfect, view was incredible, with the beach on one side and dock on the other. We loved walking straight out to the beach for a walk! Pickleball was so fun! Loved this stay and wished it could last longer:)

We absolutely loved this house. It was so peaceful with just a handful of people either way you looked on the beach any day of the week or the weekend. People were so friendly and it felt like heaven on earth. The house had everything you would need and if we ever had a question about anything. We would get a response within minutes. Plenty of room for parking that was shaded which was a plus. It was perfect!!

My husband and I stayed 12 nights and didn’t want to leave! The house was clean, well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We watched dolphins every morning from our balcony. The serene atmosphere was perfect for us. The Pickleball courts were a plus! We will be back.

Beautiful Location

Amazing location, nice and secluded and great fishing. House was perfect for a couple or small family and had everything you needed. Be prepared for a lot of stairs and be sure to bring your own food lol. Wonderful place to decompress and just relax.

We had a wonderful vacation. We will rent this place again. A larger grill would be better than a table top grill. The outdoor shower head needs to be glued. It came off & hit me in the forehead. We were uncertain of which pier went with the house.

LITTLE SLICE OF HEAVEN

The house was clean, tastefully furnished and the beds were very comfy. The views and proximity to the beach were amazing. Having access to the dock with the covered sitting area was icing on the cake. Can't wait to go back!

I am a retired nurse and my daughter an Atlanta realtor/artist. We along with my son in law purchased Skipper 2020 as a vacation rental. I have personally been in the vacation rental business since 2006. We are from Atlanta Georgia. We discovered and fell in love with Alligator Point in 2017. We feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to acquire this unique beach front property with harbor views and to be able to share it.
