This house (110 M2) consists of:
• On the first floor: Fitted / equipped kitchen (new appliances) – Dining room, living room overlooking the enclosed garden, storage area / cleaning products and cleaning equipment under the stairs, 1 bedroom with a 140 double bed with access to the garden and a small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, adjoining room with washing machine, water heater, meters and used as a bicycle room overlooking the street.
• 1st floor: A large living room with TV area, table and chairs, opening onto the outdoor terrace on the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with parquet floor with a double bed + a bunk bed for 1 person with also access to the terrace and the external staircase, 1 spacious bathroom with parquet floor with shower, sink, toilet and storage space
2nd floor (converted attic): A bedroom with 2 double beds.
Points of vigilance: Staircase leading to the old floor with narrow steps, requiring special vigilance and 2 low beams in the kitchen.
The location of the house in the city center with semi-detached buildings requires a totally respectful behavior of the neighborhood (absence of noise pollution,...)
Enclosed garden in a quiet area, facing south with terrace on the 1st floor of the house (2 garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs)

RATES: Possibility of rental for a few days (in low season) or several weeks with rates adapted according to period and number of adults (Rate for couple possible): contact us by email or SMS, For 2 NIGHTS: RATE of 161 € / night excluding various costs Vrbo. Beyond 4 adults for a short stay of less than a week, we adapt the quote to the number of people.
July / August: approximate weekly rate ~ 1100 euros
Cleaning: Mandatory full cleaning fee of €60 not included in the rental price, to be provided in addition to the total cost
