We purchased the home in 2019, finished with a total remodel in 2020. We are located right next to the Historic Potters Mill, now know as Flatted Fifth BBQ, that sits right next to Mill Creek. Flatted Fifth is just a short stroll down the hill from our front door. Great food and live music on the weekends. We are located right next to the Canadian Pacific Railroad. We have a lot to offer in Bellevue!

Everything was as advertised and we had a great stay visiting family. Very easy access from the highway and very cozy and comfortable.

The property was perfect for me and my two kids. We enjoyed the proximity to the State Park and Potters Mill. Check-in was smooth, instructions were clear and we had everything we needed (minus a lighter) but that was a quick fix by taking a short walk to the gas station a couple blocks away. Definitely a cute hole that’s been remodeled and decorated with lots of love.

I really enjoyed my stay. The home was in a quaint, safe area and was walking distance from the town. I had everything I needed during my stay. My only issue was the home was near a train that went during the night and kept me up. Overall, the home was very nice.

Nice Place

The house is overall great and clean. Would definitely stay at again. Only downside if you have littles is there is a ton of decorations that you have to watch for. If only adults or older kids it is a great house.

Lovely home! Wonderful Stay!

This home is so cute! Beautifully decorated and the Fall touches just enhanced our stay. Immaculately clean! Close to Moquoketa Caves and other attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Cute and Convenient

Eld's Place is a great cute and convenient house laid out very efficiently making for a roomy small house. House was very clean, updated modern decor, wonderfully decorated, and had everything we needed. We'll definitely stay there again.
