I love this house! Just a 10 minute drive from stores and restaurants and only 20 minutes to the beach. Our host , Susan, took care of us and answered text promptly. The house was well stocked with paper products and seasonings for cooking. Most houses only furnish enough to start and you have to bring your own to get through the week. The pots and pans were usable and not throw away pans from the owners permanent home like most properties. The pool was clean with plenty of towels and floats. I love that they didn't require a cleaning fee to use the gas grill. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. One of my all time favorites!

We spent so much time out there, whether it was swimming during the day or just relaxing in the evening. Home during a dance comp

It was perfect to come back from a day of dance competitions to a beautiful home. The kitchen allowed us to prepare great food. The pool allowed for some relaxation. The safety and security of the neighborhood was an added bonus.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed everything about this home and the neighborhood. The owner was fabulous, check in was easy and the home had everything we could want. Enclosed backyard was our favorite spot with warm pool, outside dining, gas grill and fire table.

Annual "extended family" vacation to the area.

Very accurate listing, effortless communication, and everything needed for large families for unlimited stays. Short 10-15 min commute to Daytona Beach which we enjoyed every day. The pool was great and stocked with plenty of floats and toys for both adults and kids to enjoy. Will stay again in the future!

Wonderful Stay

We have a great holiday in a wonderful home. Prior to our stay we had a number of communications with Susan who was great and provided us with a lot of tips for the local area. The property was clean, and had everything that we could have wished for, and met our needs perfectly. The combination of wonderful property owners, an extremely well appointed home made for a delightful stay.

Family heaven with every comfort provided

Rental process was a breeze! Susan was a wonderful host- answered messages promptly and very accommodating. Property was immaculate and ready for enjoyment.

Awesome!

Location is perfect, close to everything. Very safe neighborhood. The house was roomy and the pictures dont do it justice. Will definitely go back.

Wonderful house!

We came to Daytona for the first time to stay. We’ve always gone to Myrtle Beach but wanted something different. This house was perfectly clean and Centrally located to the beach, golf, shopping and restaurants but in a quiet gated community. We loved the pool and the guys played golf right around the corner at a Spruce Creek. I would highly recommend staying here!
