Unit B104 is an air conditioned*, a one bedroom, one bathroom condo. B104 has premium air conditioning with a commercial Fujitsu Air Conditioner piping cool air in the living room and bedroom. A great example of Luana Kai's deluxe condos, with black countertops, recessed kitchen ceiling lighting,
tiled floors and shower. The walkout lanai offers fast access to the pool and BBQ's.
Luana Kai Maui condos are located in North Kihei just a few minutes drive from restaurants, shopping centers, and the best beaches on Maui.
Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago. I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here. I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY. I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now. Such a delight.
I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years. We are on site in the front office and can take care of you. We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.
