Sea view holiday apartment in Cancale

Fully renovated with elegance, the apartment features a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Its central island and bar invite you to share convivial moments. The living-dining area includes a welcoming dining space and a comfortable lounge corner, perfect for relaxation. Bathed in natural light thanks to two large bay windows, this living space offers a spectacular view of the sea and Mont-Saint-Michel, as well as access to the balcony.

Vacation rental for up to 4 people on the Emerald Coast

The main bedroom, bright and functional with storage, offers a large Queen-size bed (160x200) facing the sea. The living room also features a convertible sofa bed (160x200), ideal for accommodating two additional guests. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity unit, complemented by separate toilets for added comfort.

A large balcony furnished with a table, benches, and loungers allows you to fully enjoy a unique panorama between sea and horizon. In addition, a landscaped and enclosed shared garden is at your disposal, offering an ideal play area for children or a peaceful green space for your moments of relaxation.

Fully open to the sea and ideally located in the very heart of Cancale, Le Val Joyeux apartment is an invitation to relaxation and rejuvenation, whether you are traveling as a couple, with family, or with friends. Nestled in the authentic “Haut de Cancale” district, it is the perfect base to discover the charms of Cancale and the treasures of the Emerald Coast.

Please note:

  • Household linen (bed linen, 1 large and 1 small towel per person) is included for 2 people and is part of the final cleaning fee. For a 3rd or 4th guest, it is available as an option at €20 per person.
  • In winter, from November 1st to March 31st, a daily electricity consumption of 52.5 kW (heating at 22°) is included. Any additional consumption will be charged at €0.26 per kW upon departure.

It felt like a home away from home

A beautiful spot. So quiet with breathtaking views of the bay and Mont Saint Michel. It was well equipped and very comfortable. A home away from home. Cancale is a lovely little town and there are so many great restaurants in walking distance. The Carrefour is around the corner, as is a great bakery and butcher. Fabulous find. Highly recommend

We spent 6 days as part of a 3 1/2 week anniversary celebration. Our actual anniversary was spent in Cancale, and this house was the perfect place to stay! It was a convenient walk to the center of town - for Carrefour, le boulangerie, le marche and more. It was a little further to the port for restaurants and les huitres, but still walkable. And, the house was wonderful for sitting and relaxing - wonderful breezes and light, and oh! the view! The woman who opens and closes the place was delightful, too. We are already talking about returning to Cancale and to this house.

Better than expected !

The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos… the location in Cancale is even better than expected, with access to a shoreline trail just steps from the front door… it’s an easy 5 minute walk to an outstanding bakery, and a variety of shops… it’s a quick 10 minute walk along the shoreline trail to the oyster market and dozens of waterfront restaurants… We’ll return to this wonderful apartment in beautiful Cancale!

Incredible view, ambience, and site, big French doors and windows overlooking the huge bay, with sailboats and motor boats, sea birds, and Mont St Michel visible in the far distance. A lovely walk to townthe port where one can sit on steps and eat delicious cheap oysters, farmed right there, bought from the oyster market,eat at one of the many restos serving crepes, galettes, seafood platters, etc. Try the boucherie in town for an amazing selection of meats and prepared foods. Walk the coast on the Sentier des Douaniers path. Take an oyster farm tour! Friendly, warm, wonderful place!

A perfect stay in a special place

A delightful flat in a charmingly classic house, but nicely modernized. The view alone makes it worth a stay, but the accommodations are great. Large rooms full of natural light, expansive balcony with tables and chairs for soaking up a million dollar view, with the tidal flows exposing and alternately enveloping the fascinating oyster beds. The play of light on the bay with spectral Mont-St- Michel in the distance. Comfortable furnishing, nice decor, big living/dining area. great bed, large modern shower room, with clothes washing machine, well equipped kitchen. Parking right across the street. Walk to village of Cancale which has everything you might need. Friendly check-in. We could not have hoped for anything more wonderful. And did I mention the views!!!

Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage. Sie befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung, hat einen einzigartigen Blick aufs Meer und trotzdem ist man zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten im Ortskern. Dort gibt es alle n&oumltigen Gesch&aumlfte, die man f&uumlr einen Urlaubsaufenthalt braucht. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend eingerichtet. Nicht nur Standards wie Herd, K&uumlhlschrank und Backofen, sondern Geschirrsp&uumller, Waschmaschine, Eisschrank und alles an K&uumlchenger&aumlten, was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Wir w&uumlrden jederzeit wieder in diese Wohnung nach Cancale fahren.

Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dem gemütlichen Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick auf die Bucht von Mont Saint Michel verbracht. Die Ruhe und das intensive Licht sorgen für Erholung und die Möglichkeit, jeden Abend selbst zu kochen, hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung haben es erleichtert.
