D103 is an air conditioned*, deluxe, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean view condo with a king size bed and two twin beds. It has a view of the tennis courts, ocean and West Maui Mountains. It opens onto the park with easy access to tennis courts and sea. Condo D103 is tiled throughout except the plush carpeted bedrooms. The living room is tiled but has a large blue area rug. The kitchen has modern recessed can lighting, wood cabinets, a light blue tiled backsplash and a black granite counter top cut large. The bathrooms have tiled showers and black granite counters. A few large prints of koi fish and ferns grace the walls. The lanai opens onto the grassy Waipuilani Beach Park. You can step out any time for fun in the sun, tennis or a stroll on the beach. I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago. I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here. I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY. I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now. Such a delight.
I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years. We are on site in the front office and can take care of you. We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.
