Small 45m² house in Maubuisson near France’s largest freshwater lake.

Two access points secured by gates (safe for children and pets...): at the front, you cross to reach the beach (20 m); to the side, you’re right on the canal bank.... The location is ideal.....

It features a fully equipped and functional kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, gas stove, electric oven, microwave); a comfortable living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) with sleeping space for 2 adults; another bedroom (sleeping space for 2 children or adults, together or separately) (+ a small fold-out bed); and a large bathroom with natural light from a window (including a washing machine). The toilet is separate.
Additionally, there is a terrace sheltered by a tiled roof that can be lit if necessary.

A bike path and walking trail run alongside this rental.
You’ll enjoy all the comfort and amenities needed for a great vacation, whether in summer or during the off-season.

Great location Old fashioned home from home.The house had everything you could need.Really close to the lake and a short walk to localAmenities.Spent most of our time when we were at the house in the garden.

Daniele and her husband were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. The house is right on the lake and is only 10 minutes from the beach. It has everything you need in the kitchen as well as several fans in the house for hot nights. Having a washing machine was very nice. Would absolutely return in a heartbeat!!!

What a lovely place!

We loved this property. It's compact but full of thoughtful touches and amenities to make life very comfortable. The outdoor space is perfect catching the sun at different times of the day. The location is unbeatable on the corner of the lake with its sandy beaches and a short drive away from the Atlantic to the West and the vineyards of the Medoc to the East. Perfect!

Le charme d'une maison d'enfance racontée par la propriétaire. Cette maison est très bien placée. Il est évident que nous y retournerons et en plus les chiens sont les bienvenus. Le notre a adoré le lieu.

Very good place

Leuke locatie; dichtbij alles , gezellig huisje, goed geslapen rustig 's nachts , alleen de living was wat klein. En er staat zoveel in het huisje dat je niet veel plaats meer hebt om je eigen spullen neer te zetten wat spinnenwebben in huis, maar daar heb ik me niet aan gestoord. Lieve gastenvrouw, communiceert snel. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!:)

Petite escapade pleine de charme

Petite maison idéalement située entre le canal et la plage. Parfaitement aménagée tant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. Petite cour entièrement close ( très appréciable pour notre chien) avec terrasse abritée, multiples chaises et bains de soleil. Tout pour profiter pleinement de ce petit coin plein de charme. Literie très confortable.Rien ne manque.Accueil de Danièle très sympathique.

Découverte autour de Maubuisson

Nous avons apprécié d'avoir été accueillis par les propriétaires . La petite maison est charmante . Elle est très bien située : vue sur le lac, et au calme. Nous avons apprécié le fait de mettre la voiture a coté de la maison et d'avoir un endroit sécurisé pour les vélos. Nous avons profité de la région avec le beau temps et sans beaucoup de monde .

Très bien placée pour les promenades, la baignade, les resto.... Tout est à portée de main. La maison est très très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Proprio très attentionnée envers ses locataires.

Entschleunigung...

Ein Ort zum Entschleunigen...das Haus ist einfach, aber funktionell- Alles da, was man benötigt. Wir hätten gerne etwas weniger Deko, aber das ist reine Geschmacksache. Und irgendwo etwas schriftliches zum Nachschlagen mit Tipps und Anregungen fänden wir auch noch gut. Die Nähe zum See ist super- wir hatten einigermassen Glück mit dem Wetter. Aber auch bei Regen ist der überdachte Sitzplatz wunderbar. Herzlichen Dank für diesen erholsamen Ort.
