Cute and sunny apartment with excellent transport links

My charming home is a chic one-bed apartment with a private balcony, located in the leafy and central area of ​​Highbury. Less than 30 minutes from central London, you can walk to Islington, trendy Dalston, and beautiful Stoke Newington.

Whether you're in London to sightsee, study, shop, or people-watch, my home is an ideal base for getting around with excellent transport links. The area is home to many great cafes, pubs, and restaurants, as well as some of London's most beautiful parks.
Housing
This cute and compact apartment comes with a bedroom with a double bed, drawers and a wardrobe, a living room with a comfortable sofa that can be used as a sofa bed if needed, a TV, books, a work area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a powerful shower.

The living room is spacious and bright with large windows and plenty of natural light. I have paid a lot of attention to the decoration of my home, which includes contemporary artwork from popular local artists as well as memorabilia from my travels around the world. I also love music and cinema, which is reflected in the decoration and system equipment: there is a wide range of VHS and DVDs that you can play in the living room if you don't feel like going out. You can relax on my beautiful sofa bed in the living room or on my vintage rocking chair on the balcony, and there is also a small table and chairs for dining. My lovely private balcony has soft astroturf underfoot and overlooks a small shared garden.

My kitchen is equipped with all the basic amenities so you can easily cook at home, chill with your beers or heat up your takeaway, and start your day with tea or coffee, which are provided. There is also a laundry room, should you need it.

My cozy double room is small but comfortable, and there is space to unpack and hang your clothes.

The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub and will be equipped with basic toiletries for your comfort.
Passenger access
Travelers will have exclusive use of the entire apartment.
Other remarks
We are located on the first floor with no elevator available. I expected to take 20 steps to reach our apartment from the ground floor on wide stairs.
