Enjoy countless hours of sitting on the balcony or cooking meals on the grill. This unit has been equipped with everything you need for a great beach experience including in unit Wi-Fi.

Pier Park is only a short walk away and offers some of the finest shopping in the area. Target, Dillard's, Starbucks, the Grande 16 Movie Theatre, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, the Back Porch, Buffalo's Wild Wing & Sports Bar, Hofbrau Beer Garden, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Olive Garden, 5 Guys Burgers, and the newly relocated and reopened Miracle Strip.

Age Requirements - Must be 25 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Valid IDs required at check-in. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian.

NOTE: Guests of this property are required to pay an additional $50 per car amenity fee to access the pool and for parking. Guests will be provided a link to register their vehicles and pay the fee prior to their arrival. **The amenity fee is a flat rate for the entire group for the entire stay, not per person, not per day.**

Perfect location

The condo is very spacious and the location is perfect! Just a short walk to Pier Park with lots to do. Everyone (me) loved that the Dole Whip was right across the street! We can’t wait to book again!

Great trip!

Property was just as expected! Only issues were the refrigerator does not get cold enough to even get drinks cold, and the toilet in the hallway bathroom continues to run after flushing. Other than that perfect stay and we enjoyed our trip!!

Very Convenient and close to Pier Park

Very spacious condo. Everything was what we expected it to be from the description on the listing. Close to Pier Park and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

PCB revisited

I feel like our place was the nicest condo in the area. I went to this area on my senior trip...I’m 52 lol. The elevator was broken the entire week. The tv needs to be replaced. It has lines all through the screen. The staff at the management company was awesome. The condo was clean and beautiful. Beds were perfect. I’m hard to plz when it comes to mattress. These were great. Grocery was close which was nice.

Stink room

We used grill on 3 rd night and Grill was not grounded so it shocked us pretty good when we touched it. Got fixed last night there. Horrific sewer smell started on 3rd of 7 days and tried to report and everyone said it was someone’s else’s responsibility to fix and gave me the run around. No one called to fix, no one seemed to care. I finally talked to Gibbs maintenance manager and he got got it fixed the last night we were there. It made every piece of clothing, swimsuits etc in bathroom smell like sewer. All carts locked on day of departure until 9:30 am check out at 10:00 how much since does that make. So I had to run down someone to unlock so we could leave. Horrible horrible experience. I will NEVER be caught at Sterling Breeze again, even if it’s a free room. Only thing that was good was the beach service. Very nice guys out there. So if you take a chance at Sterling Breeze good luck. Hope you do t need anything because they aren’t going to help you. Terrible business.

excellent layout of condo

This property was very impressive - the rooms were large and having 3 dedicated bedrooms & 3 bathrooms worked out great for our family of 7!! The property was very clean but we did have a roach problem. We called and someone came and sprayed but we still continued to see a few. Other than that, we were very happy. The staff were very friendly, especially Natalie at the concierge desk! The complex was large but not overcrowded on the beach. Having some more elevators would of been nice. We definitely would recommend this property to friends and family. We had a great time!!

Extra unwanted bugs

Overall a great condo. My only complaint was the roaches!!! I let the property manager know and they responded quickly. However, I never got a call from the guy that came to do a treatment. Not sure if it was actually done. Hope these bugs don’t come home with us. Also, not fun explain to young kids without freaking them out. My 7 year old said, “moo, I don’t know what bug this is but there is a few crawling here!”

Amazing Location, GREAT View, NO Parking Issues!!

Beautiful property located on the 11th floor overlooking the beach. From the building to the beach is a short walk past the pool and over the deck. Our stay was during Spring Break , and there was available parking, not a terrible wait for the elevators, and beach chairs were available. Thank you - we will be back!

Relaxing vacation

Had a great time just getting away for a few days. Rain held out until the day we left. Room was what we expected. Only issue was the coffee maker needs to be replaced.

Great condo, horrible parking

Condo was clean and well furnished with comfortable beds. Handle to balcony door was broken. Grill was filthy and not useable. Parking was a headache due to the fact that it is situated across the road and unloading was a pain (when you could find a parking space) because you have walk across parking lot and walkway to get luggage carts. Elevators were super slow..only 2 elevators, waited almost 30 minutes for one on check out. Staff was super friendly and amenities were nice and very clean. Would not stay here again because of parking.

We loved everything about this condo - cleanliness, ease of getting in, location…the beds were so comfortable. It had everything we needed…even blowdryers! We would highly recommend the unit and the host again!! 👍👍👍👍👍

PERFECT!!!!

We just checked out of this magnificent property and are so glad we stayed! I took my daughter and her friend on a senior trip and we had a great time. The condo was absolutely spotless and well equipped. It had everything we needed and more! The beds were very comfortable and there were a LOT of extra blankets, pillows, and towels. Having the grill on the balcony was awesome, and we used this several times during our stay. The location was perfect and we only needed to get in our car one time. The girls walked to Pier Park regularly. The beach was extremely clean and so was the pool area. The only thing I would suggest for people who stay here is to bring your own beach chairs. The ones you can rent through Sterling Breeze are pretty pricey and there weren't always enough chairs by the pool , but this was a minor inconvenience. The building is very sound proofed, even when there were people by the pool (or gale force winds, that we also experienced) we could not hear anything inside the condo when the sliding glass doors were closed. There were quite a few large groups of spring break travelers (of all ages) and everyone seemed to be having a great time! We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo but lacking cleanliness

The condo was nice however it wasn’t very clean when we arrived. We took photos of the dust and food left on floor and such.our daughter found someone else’s toothpaste and deodorant among a few other things in the middle bathroom. The parking passes and luggage carts are a hassle to get so be prepared to give your license up before you can unpack your vehicle. The manager was quick in response to our call for the room not being clean but was later told the room was inspected to be clean? We still have photos and they don’t lie.The cable isn’t good especially in the bedrooms. The kitchen has everything one needs to make a drink or cook a meal. There was no extra pillows nor blankets and after our talk with management we got one pillow a set of sheets for sofa and one thin blanket and there was no extra covers at all if you got cold .We had one elevator the entire week. Our family did enjoy our stay once we went to Walmart and purchased cleaning supplies. I wouldn’t say I would never stay here again but I hope that this review can help others and that maybe the staff will improve in their work because this unit itself was nice and spacious. The beach was beautiful.

Great View

We are usually a cruising family but due to the pandemic we had to do something else. The location was amazing and so close to the pier. To rent the beach chairs was way overpriced! There was not a pan big enough to fry hamburger meat for my family of 6 so we added a pan. We also left behind beach towels for the place hopefully they stay with the property! We also left two boogie boards. We would stay here again. Washing machine and dryer is very small so do laundry daily! Pool is extremely nice and well kept! We had one maintenance issue that was resolved very fast!
