For a pleasant stay by the ocean in a quiet residence with swimming pool, 800 m from the beach and shops.
We offer our apartment on the ground floor renovated with bedding changed in 2021 and 2022 for 2 to 5 people (2 adults/1 to 3 children, 4 adults sleeping in the ground floor).

It includes:
-A room with a double bed and a television, -a mezzanine (attic 1.30 m at the highest) with 2 beds of 70 cm (possibility to bring them together to make a bed of 140 and suitable for teenagers).
-a seating area with a sofa/bed for 2 people, a TV -a bathroom with a shower, -an integrated and equipped kitchen: an induction hob, an hood, an oven, a fridge, a microwave, a Senseo coffee maker, and a dishwasher, -a covered terrace with a table and 5 chairs, an electric barbecue,
-Local by bike,
-1 private parking space,
- Swimming pool open from June to September.

Near the apartment:
-Next to the golf course (400m),
- Cycle paths,
- Beach, restaurants and shops at 800m, -bike rental at 100m.
-Accrobranche, paintball, Equestrian Center, Karting.

Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday for July, August and school holidays, Rental all year round in nights.
Rates: - from €43 to €115 per night (3 nights min) + tourist tax per day of rental and per adult.
- The season: 800€/week.
- Low season: from €300/ week.
- Sheets and cleaning offered by our concierge Catherine in addition (specify before your arrival).
-A deposit check of 400€ would be requested and returned at the end of the stay.
- Catherine, our concierge, will contact you 1 to 2 weeks before your arrival in order to welcome you in the best conditions.
- Small pets accepted with a cleaning supplement

Off-season rental per night with a minimum of 3 nights for your yoga, golf, tennis, surfing...
