Beautifully Remodeled 3 bed 2 bath House! Wifi Available, Pool, Fitness Center, Trolley, Beach Town!

Welcome to your Bethany Beach vacation spot in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located in the community of Bethany West. The living area offers ample seating, a flat-screen television, and a fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area have a large table and breakfast bar seating. A large sunroom with additional table seating, lounging furniture, are perfect for morning coffee or just relaxing.

With one floor living, all bedrooms are located on the main floor. The Owner's bedroom with a king-size bed and flat-screen television is located off the main living area. There is a main bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first bedroom offers a full-size bed and set of bunk beds with a flat-screen television. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed. Both rooms are located near the full-size shared bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
Bethany West is a neighborhood with two pools, a fitness center, playground, basketball court, pickleball, and tennis. There are many neighborhood activities available to guests at a small fee as well. Bethany West is convenient to everything Bethany has to offer and has a variety of trolley stops throughout the neighborhood. Amenity passes can be purchased for $10/day or $30/week/person. Just a short walk or ride on the Bethany Trolley to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

One parking pass for the town of Bethany is provided for use. The gas grill is available for our guests.

**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.**

Family Vacation

This was a first vacation with two of our children and two grandsons. We chose to do a short stay to see how it worked out and wished we would have booked it for the week. We had a lovely time. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location.

A great home away from home

Our family was thrilled walking into the openness of our vacation home. We got a lot of use out of the screened in back porch and outdoor shower. Rooms were nice sizes and having 3 showers was a selling point for us. Location was in a nice community not to far from the beach. We rode our bikes daily. Would definitely consider renting again.

Great location right off Garfield Parkway

Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood close to beach and amenities. Beach lot parking pass included is a great benefit.

Great place in nice neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay over the weekend while in town for a beach wedding. The house was nice and open concept kitchen was great. Master bedroom shower could be a little larger, pretty small for a master shower. Overall, it was a nice place.

Nice cozy home.

We were 6 adults and 4 children. I was afraid it would be too small but was actually very comfortable. Plenty of room. Had everything we needed. Nicely decorated. Good location.

Wonderful getaway!

Nice house in a wonderful neighborhood setting. Just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. Also conveniently located to supermarkets. Was nice to have a beach chair and boogie to take down to the beach. Would definitely stay there again!

A short drive to the beach

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet. It's a 5 minute drive to beach, very close to all the nice restaurants. The house was a great size for a family of 6. The kitchen was well equipped. The screened porch has beach toys and one beach chair.
