This SPECTACULAR home has 4-bedrooms each w/PRIVATE bathroom and a den with doors and with sleeper sofa on the first floor. Recently purchased NEW appliances!! This retreat is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the desirable Bethany West neighborhood (community across from St. Ann’s Catholic Church.)

Short walk to downtown Bethany and beach (approx.1 mile) and steps away from pool, tennis, pickle ball courts, playground, basketball court, kayak ramp, and Trolley route (ride to town and beach for no charge). *Some activities and Trolley only available in season - typically, Memorial Day through Labor Day, and community charges fee for some activities.

The home features a spacious, beautifully decorated great room with vaulted ceilings and large flat screen television. There is an additional living area, as well as a large screened in porch and deck for reading, playing games or quiet conversations.

Two (2) community *pools, *tennis and pickle ball courts, *workout room, playground and basketball court. *Activity fee is $35 per person/per week or $10 per person/per day - paid to the community upon arrival. Pools are typically open Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Recently purchased NEW Refrigerator, Microwave, Double Oven, Dishwasher, and Air Fryer!!

Amenities include two-zone central air conditioning, ceiling fans, gas fireplace, gas grill, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, 2 refrigerator/freezers, and Wi-Fi enabled internet connectivity. The fully stocked kitchen includes a double oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. High chair and pack/play available. Ring doorbell utilized for monitoring departure of cleaning crew in hopes of getting you in early.

Renters must bring their own linens (sheets/towels/kitchen towels) or easily rent them from a local company that provides drop off and pick up as part of the rental package. I can provide a few companies to contact for prices.

July and August rentals are only available for full weeks (Saturday to Saturday).

Bedroom 2 - 2nd floor (Queen); ceiling fan, tv, bathroom w/shower

Bedroom 4 - 2nd floor (2 bunk beds - total of 2 Full and 4 Twin (note: 2 Twins are trundles stowed under the Full beds and pull out but don't raise up); Big screen tv, bathroom w/shower.
Den - 1st floor; Queen Sleeper sofa. Has doors for privacy.
