For a peaceful vacation exploring the Gers, our house is ideally located.
Spacious (130 m²), bright, and comfortable, you’ll love the large terrace overlooking the hills of the Gers and the Pyrenees, as well as the magnificent sunrises.

The first floor features a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the dining room, as well as a sitting area with a TV. There is also a double bedroom (140-cm bed) with a private bathroom and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (140-bed, 90-bed, 90-bed), a bathroom with a tub, and a toilet.
Adjustable air conditioning in all rooms.

You can enjoy the covered patio with a table and barbecue, the large yard, and the treehouse on stilts for the kids. The in-ground pool (8m x 4m—saltwater treatment, safety system: alarm) is sure to delight both adults and children!
We provide children’s games and books, board games, and tourist and hiking guides for the Gers region.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, a 10-minute walk from the village center and shops.
Walking and biking trails start right from the house.
The village of Mauvezin, built on a rocky outcrop, overlooks the Arratz Valley and offers many amenities and activities: shops, a supermarket, a farmers’ market (Monday and Saturday mornings), a movie theater, a media library, a fishing lake, and a swimming pool.
Nearby: lake and recreational centers, hiking trails, bastides, and market halls.
Toulouse and its airport are 45 km away.
