This spacious, comfortable, air-conditioned 190 m2 house is set in 3000 m2 of wooded, fully enclosed grounds at the entrance to the village. Not overlooked and no neighbours nearby. Private swimming pool with underwater deck, secured by roller shutter, electrolysis salt water treatment,
Living-dining room of 90 m2 opening onto the garden and its fountain.
Large covered terrace close to the kitchen, ideal for meals. Two other areas are equipped and furnished so you can also choose to share meals there.
Table football, table tennis, bowling green.
City park and roller park with free access nearby.
Quiet, protected natural setting, 7km from Montpellier, 20 minutes from the seaside beaches. Ideal for relaxing and organising holiday highlights with family or friends.
A richly varied environment:
Numerous festivals in the region (theatre, dance, music, etc.), equestrian centres, 2 golf courses just a few kilometres away, beaches 20 minutes away, paillotes (beach restaurants), panoramic waterside restaurants, the Camargue, caves, white water sports, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, etc.
You will be welcomed, respected, advised and helped if necessary.
A neighbouring rental (Abritel code AB 688037) with its large private swimming pool, for 4 people, can be rented at the same time for a total of up to 12 people. An internal gate allows access from one property to the other.

Great stay

We spent a relaxing week in this stunning house. The house was spotless and well equipped, the garden beautiful and tranquil. The hole family and the kids especially, had great fun in the salt water pool. The owners were helpful and brought fresh eggs and fruits from their garden. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Beautiful Villa - Lovely Setting

The Villa was a dream, spacious, clean with central aircon. The pool was amazing with an electric safety cover. The garden was beautiful with plenty of place to sit and relax with a number of seating areas to eat. The hosts Genevieve and Paul were welcoming and available for all our needs even bringing us freshly picked grapes from their house. We would highly recommend this property, we had an amazing time with our children 5 Stars!!

Wonderful retreat

We had such a lovely 10 days in this great find of a property and many reasons below to recommend it! It was great to be staying in a French neighbourhood rather than a touristy area creating a tranquil stay. We could walk to the boulangeries x3, the creperie, pizzeria, and huge super market full of too many delicious things. We especially loved the Monday Night summer food market in Pignan - you must go!! Paul and Geneviéve were very welcoming and acted like little angles cleaning the pool, the BBQ and watering the garden before we even got up and delivering goodies from their garden or chickens. The house worked really well for us as 2 families: good sized rooms, bath and swimming towels provided, a very well equipped kitchen, BBQ and hot plancha in the garden and lots of outdoor games (Table tennis, petanque, babyfoot). There were plenty of sun loungers and a large variety of places to relax in the garden. We also headed down to the beach a couple of times -The Grand Travers on the way to was our favourite as it felt local and relaxed. We also headed up to the Pont de Diable 3 times - once for canyoning, once for the 12km canoe trip and once to relax on the beach under the bridge as the water was so cool. THANK YOU / MERCI BIEN!!

Ein wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind wunderschön. Es gibt viele Plätze, die zum Verweilen einladen. Außerdem ist das Haus super gelegen, der Bäcker und die Altstadt sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen und nach Montpellier und zum Stand sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Geneviève und Paul sind die perfekten Gastgeber, die sich sehr viel Mühe mit allem geben.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten draußen wie drinnen zu sitzen und der Salzwasser Pool ist ordentlich groß und tief. Die Gastgeber sind ebenfalls sehr, sehr nett, hilfsbereit und fürsorglich! Merci!!

Très belle propriété !

Belle propriété, bien positionnée dans un cadre très agréable, très bien conçue pour accueillir une grande famille. Propreté irréprochable, très bon accueil de Geneviève et Paul, dont nous avons apprécié la discrétion et la gentillesse. Pas de chance pour nous, des travaux de voirie à proximité directe de la villa sont venus perturber le calme qui y règne habituellement...

Tolles, modernes Haus

Das Ferienhaus ist von innen modern eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und man findet eine umfangreiche Ausstattung vor allem in der Küche. Auch das Außengelände ist sehr großzügig, gepflegt und bietet auch Kindern viele Spielmöglichkeiten. Das schöne alte Dorf Pignon, aber auch ein großer Supermarkt und Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Séjour de rêve !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très agréable à vivre et parfaitementé équipée. Il y règne un calme absolu et le jardin -beau et immense - permet à chacun de trouver tout au long de la journée l'endroit idéal pour jouer, déjeuner ou se détendre. L'exposition de la piscine est parfaite pour en profiter du matin au soir. Il y a tous les commerces à proximité et de nombreuses balades. Les discrets Geneviève et Paul ont été à l'écoute pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. C'est une de mes meilleures expériences de location, je recommande !

Super Unterkunft mit wundervollem Garten

Eine sehr schöne, ruhige und moderne Unterkunft umgeben von einem großen Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Poolbereich verfügt über bequeme Liegen und lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es sind mehrere kilometerlange Strände in 20 - 30 min. Fahrzeit erreichbar. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden wiederkommen.

Vacances en famille dans une agréable villa !

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable pour se ressourcer! Geneviève et Paul sont très sympathique , nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux , ils sont très réactifs et attentionnés! La villa était très propre, la piscine un vrai bonheur pour se rafraichir! Tout était parfait!
