Casa Isla Paraiso is a gorgeous luxury five bedroom, three and one-half bath home in the beautiful Destiny West gated community. This home features all the finest elements you would expect in a high-end home such as 25-foot ceilings, travertine tile, plantation shutters & custom drapery, 8 flat screen TV's offering Sports Package for your entertainment, triple crown molding, and fine furnishings with touches of coastal elegant decor. Upon the grand entrance of Casa Isla Paraiso, you will find a large foyer, a formal dining room to the left that seats eight. The master bedroom is to the right of the entry with a fabulous king bed. The ensuite master bathroom is truly palatial and fit for a king or queen with an incredible oversized jetted tub between ornate columns, custom cabinets, a separate glass enclosed tiled shower with rain shower head, and a huge 16X6 closet with built-in shelving. Just beyond the master bedroom, you will find a living room with a gas log fireplace, a cozy sofa and loveseat, coordinated chairs, and a flat-screen TV. Just beyond the living area, you will truly delight in the fabulous setting of the private 27X48 screened in salt water pool with pool deck surrounded by lush greenery for supreme privacy. The pool deck is completely screened in offering plenty of fine patio chairs, several loungers, as well as a private gas grill. Located between the formal dining room and the kitchen dining area, the custom kitchen is fully equipped offering high-end appliances; including a wine refrigerator, five top gas stove, and a center island with breakfast bar & bar stools.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are active at the entrance and exit gates, the clubhouse, pool and hot tub/spa areas and any damage caused is recorded and will be used to identify the guest causing such damage and the cost of any repairs will be assessed to the rental guest.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
