Guests will be charmed with this unit’s comfortable tropical décor and awesome view from the private 5th-floor balcony. The dining area has a dining table for four and two bar stools for plenty of comfortable seating at meal time. The living room features a 26” flat screen TV, DVD player, CD stereo system, and upscale tiled flooring. The master bedroom features a light West Indies décor with monkeys, pineapples and palm trees, a TV, a DVD, and carpeted floor. The children will love to snuggle up in the cozy bunk beds to sleep at night. Enjoy all the features you would find at home with the fully equipped kitchen. Come and make your next beach getaway at an unforgettable location, Majestic Sun unit B 508! You will receive your arrival information via email. For your convenience, we have a concierge desk located at 77 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach FL, 32250 if you have any further questions.

Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great family vacation spot

My two daughters loved the bunk bed and we loved the view of the beach! Bring your own sheets for the master bedroom king and master tv doesn’t work. Other than that, great!

Great location and amenities

This was a great location with a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo had everything we needed. I wish we could stay here again but my teen boy was too tall to fit in the bunk bed. Otherwise, would definitely rent again. : )

Nice room with a beautiful view but...

The room was perfect. The pull-out couch not so much. We ran to Walmart and bought a 3" memory foam pad to sleep on. One parking pass. This room sleeps 6 and only had 1 parking pass and it needs 2. This was the only 2 issues we had. Nice room with a beautiful view.

Great View for a couple

We loved the view; bed was comfortable; elevators were quick for this time of year; Place was all we need for just a couple; closet and kitchen supplies are minimum but adequate for two. We did eat out a lot. If you want to eat in, bring your favorite spices etc.

Great unit, close to elevator (could be a plus or minus depending on your prospective). Pools were great, except outdoor pool was too cold (in March). Unit was very clean, beds very comfortable! Was very happy with stay, would recommend!
